Welcome to Borgen 130, a peaceful retreat nestled in the beautiful countryside of Sigtuna. Surrounded by breathtaking views of open meadows and tranquil water, this property offers the perfect escape for relaxation, remote work, or quality time with family and friends. The villa features a modern design with bright, spacious interiors, comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting outdoor areas where you can unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Please note that the villa is one of three separate accommodation units located on the same estate. The property also includes a private studio apartment and a separate three-bedroom apartment. Each accommodation has its own private entrance, indoor living space, and dedicated privacy, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay. Some outdoor areas, parking spaces, and the surrounding grounds are shared, creating a friendly yet peaceful atmosphere while still respecting everyone's privacy.
