Tidewater Beach Resort est un nouveau complexe de grande hauteur fabuleux sur le golfe de Panama City Beach. Ce condo a été décoré professionnellement avec des beaux-arts originaux et des meubles de designer pour vous faire sentir comme chez vous avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Le salon comporte des portes coulissantes en verre du sol au plafond invitant la brise de l'océan dans la piÚce. Détendez-vous sur le canapé convertible en regardant la télévision ou en jouant aux cartes et jeux de société disponibles.

La cuisine complĂšte est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce dont vous avez besoin: micro-ondes encastrable, mixeur, four Ă  pain grillĂ©, cafetiĂšre, casseroles et poĂȘles
 Nous fournissons Ă©galement des couverts pour enfants. La belle barre de petit dĂ©jeuner en granit est assez grande pour accueillir quatre personnes. Il y a aussi une salle Ă  manger sĂ©parĂ©e pour les repas officiels.

The beach view was beautiful! Its a little high for my liking (20th floor) but the views were great. We loved the pool areas and hot tubs. Loved having an umbrella and sand toys in the room for us to use.

Great experience at Tidewater 2007

We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative about the property is the difficulty in using the elevators, specifically in the afternoons. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. No complaints at all. We enjoyed our time!

Awesome vacation

My kids and I had a fantastic time in PCB. The check in and check out process was by far the easiest I have ever experienced. We had an issue with one of out bracelets not working, and a small issue with the door to the room. Beyond that, the stay was flawless. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay and host

The property is wonderful, it has a full bedroom and bunkbeds in the hallway that we used during our stay, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen with all the kitchenware. The view from the 20th floor balcony was phenomenal. We stayed over the Fourth of July and was a great height to see the fireworks along the beach. The condo was extremely clean and for being a beach property did not feel much of any sand on the floors. I was pleasantly surprised. Anna is very attentive and responsive and responded quickly to inquiries. I recommend this condo, but agree with other reviewers about the elevators, be patient and avoid the busy times and you will be fine. We didn’t have any serious issues with the elevators and always had less than a 7 minute wait even with lines. So it didn’t impact our stay. We packed light to the pool and beach, and didn’t bring a wagon. The wagons and luggage carts can be difficult to get an elevator to fit them.

The room was great and had everything we needed. The worst part of it was the slow elevators there were times you had to wait 30 minutes or more.

Last Minute Getaway

Quick getaway for my husband and myself. The place was clean, and comfortable. We were on the beach the majority of the time, so we didn’t use a lot of the amenities, but it was the perfect getaway. Make sure to use the tips for the elevators and you will have a fantastic vacation.

Great time good place to stay!

The only negative was dishwasher leaked when used. The bed was super comfortable. The tv was good. The appliances all worked great and were very clean. It’s a beautiful view and furniture was clean

Quaint family getaway

We were on family Spring Break and this vacation spot was amazing. This place is in a perfect location facing the beach and less than mile from the boardwalk. The kitchen was equipped with any and everything you need! The tvs are cable ready just wished we had access to a few apps like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon but besides that this was perfect oasis!

Great Family Vacation

Overall great experience, owner was awesome and very attentive. She responded immediately to any issues. Condo was very clean. Elevators were slow like everyone says. We went over 4th of July, so that was a very busy time. We learned some tricks to help with wait time such as best times to use the elevators, and we learned that when arriving back to condo and getting an elevator, that it was quicker to walk down to ground floor and catch one from there. All staff was very nice, I think check in was rougher due to how busy they were. Lots of security and staff was always cleaning. Overall a good experience.

Perfect Spring break location

I decided on a last minute trip for my teenager and her best friend. It was the perfect location within walking distance to Pier park. The views from the condo were perfect for morning coffee and just enjoying the view. The condo was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. I read reviews complaining about Elevator times but we never had any issues waiting too long even with a Spring break crowd. I’d definitely go back again.

Nice location and as advertised

Place looked exactly like the pictures. Clearly the condo is well taken care of. Wi-Fi isn’t the greatest. Owner emailed to check on us and I mentioned the Wi-Fi. They responded and tried getting them to reset it. It didn’t improve but glad the owner made an effort. Not worth lowering a score with how great the place is but also worth noting.

Great Place and Quick Response

I’ll start off by saying we had a great time. The only real issues we had was the elevators taking forever (can’t help that) and the bottom mattress of the bunk bed being outdated and kind of caved in the middle. Upon a few conversations with Anna (property manager) she got the mattress replaced while we were staying there. Would absolutely recommend it!

Ok condo but will not stay here again unless on a lower floor!

Stayed on 20th floor. Elevator wait times were absolutely horrible. Not to mention the elevators were always super crowded. The beds were all uncomfortable. The furnishings could’ve been a bit nicer. Needed an extra pillow for the pull out sofa bed so I went and bought one. The “art” on the walls was hilarious-it looked like someone just spray painted it. The Keurig was nice but someone left a coffee pod in it which was surprising considering the condo is supposed to be cleaned. This place was ok but for the money we spent it could’ve been nicer.

Not worth the price

We paid way too much for this property even for the time of year. The unit was dirty upon arrival and only got worse from there. We called the housekeeping service per the instructions and requested new linens because ours were full of sand and there was hair on the pillows. We were told they would bring new linens right away. They never came. Ended up buying our own to sleep on. One of us went to sleep on the bottom bunk and got a great surprise of a bed spring sticking through. The mattress has to be 20+ years old. We also found an empty juice box and a wrapped hostess cupcake which indicates to me that the sheets were never changed from the previous visit. We realize that it is not the owners fault as they pay for the cleaning service but to have a cleaning fee in our expenses when it clearly isn’t put to use does not make me happy. Pools are not heated. Elevators are always full and you will be waiting a while. We even had to go buy batteries because all of them were dead in every remote! Even the backup batteries in the kitchen were dead! The condo overall was not awful but we will not be staying here again.

Week of vacation and our 32nd wedding anniversary

Room was nice. Not enough elevators for all the guest in the building. It took me 2-1/2 hours for 1 trip from parking garage to the 20th floor. The beach is to small for the size of the building and all the guest, and the TW chairs and umbrellas, very crowded. We did have beautiful weather the whole week! We will not be staying at Tidewater in the summer months ever again.
