Stunning 3-Story Townhome on the Chattahoochee River
Escape to the tranquil beauty of the Chattahoochee River in this spacious and beautifully designed three-story townhome. Offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, this retreat features three private bedroom suites, two additional sleeper sofas, and breathtaking river views—ideal for family getaways, group trips, or a peaceful weekend escape.

The top floor is home to two stunning suites, each designed for relaxation and privacy.

The Riverfront Suite offers a spa-like experience with a tiled walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi garden tub. Step onto your private deck to take in panoramic views of the Chattahoochee River and Mount Yonah. Cozy up by the electric fireplace and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50” LED smart TV.
The King Suite features a plush king-size bed and an elegant ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower. A 43” LED smart TV completes the space, ensuring comfort and entertainment.
Bottom Floor: King Suite with Riverfront Access
On the lower level, you’ll find another king-size suite with direct deck access to the river. Unwind on the charming porch swing and take in the peaceful, upstream views of the Chattahoochee—a perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Very spacious rooms especially the bedrooms. Loved the king size beds in each room! Not too much furniture where you felt crowded. Plenty of entertainment room.

Perfect place for family gatherings

Loved this place, perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults & 4 kids), perfect location right on the river & very close to Helen, host was very accommodating & answered text messages right away, definitely recommend for family vacations.

The location was on point. Just a hop skip and a jump to Helen :), which made the trip more lovely. This place accommodated my family nicely. The place was clean and there were items in the kitchen that I will purchase for my house! The area was nice too. Having a place to sit and relax on the balcony was the icing on the cake. And oh, having the hot tub and fire pit was greatly enjoyed by the other family members. We will be back.... Thank you very much for the spacious and cozy spot!

Perfect place!

The property is very nice and cozy! We loved sitting on the porch watching the river and people playing in it. It’s very close to downtown Helen and convenient! Very clean too! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place for three couples. Three king beds with three on suite baths gives each couple comfort and privacy. Everything was top notch, we would rent this again.

Family Getaway

Property manager was very accommodating and the property is located very close to everything! The river is in the back so beautiful and the cabin is spacious, clean, nicely equipped with everything you need. We will come back !

Beautiful Property on the river

We have been visiting Helen for at least 1-2x year for the past 10years. Helen is our favorite mountain spot in Georgia. This property has been our favorite! It’s on the river, in the city of Helen, so close to everything. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. My kids and I both loved it! We will definitely rent here again!
