Tucked north of Columbia is this urban-camouflage getaway! This Hidden Oasis is a studio suite with its own private entry, patio, and master bathroom fit for a proper vacation! Your worries will melt away here as this cozy space truly compliments every season. This GEM overlooks a huge yard as well as a lake, and we`re proud to offer your dog a great stay too! Being a pet friendly space, all you need is a morning cup of coffee on the patio to understand how much this space means to us. Enjoy

Please enjoy the luxurious king size bed while you unwind here with Netflix and other streaming services at the ready.
There is a dedicated work space if you must resort to working while here.
The lake view from the deck is best paired with a glass of wine and company! This is especially true towards the end of the day.
We have added anything you might need to have a restful stay including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, etc.
If you are bringing a pet, please let us know as there is a pet fee. Thank you!

We have a dedicated parking spot for you at the front of the house!
Please enjoy the yard and the wonderful view of the lake, but please no swimming or entering the water, as that is not permitted.

We are really close to Fort Jackson, Trenholm Plaza, and multiple restaurants on Forest Drive. This is a very private place but it is easy to access anything you might need in town.

Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. There is a one-time per stay $25 pet fee.

No access/swimming in the lake.

Tall Trees and a Pond

Lovely little place with deck looking out to big yard with trees and a pond. Lots of birdsong. Small refrigerator and a microwave, no stove. Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom.

Property didn’t accurately describe, it’s basically an efficiency (no kitchen), adjacent to large house. Just not a great fit for us, although certainly appropriate for someone looking for that type of rental.

Overnight Stay in COLA

This property is perfect for a quick trip to COLA! Access to the water and a little playground area in the backyard. Good size for 2 people max. They are pet friendly which was great because we needed to bring our pup with us. Thirty ish minutes from Congaree National Park and lots of convenient stores and restaurants in the area.The only thing I could maybe gripe about to be transparent is that there really is only room for one vehicle, which the max amount of people for the stay is 2 guests, so likely you'll be in one car anyways. Getting to the parking spot is a little snug, so just being mindful if you have a larger car or big truck that it will be a tight squeeze to pull the car all the way through to the access to the unit.Really cute place to stay, we would definitely stay here again!

The listing for The Hidden Oasis, Green Jewel is accurate, no unexpected surprises on check in. This property is like a mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance on the far end of a larger house on a small lake. The room is larger than your average hotel room with a king sized bed, sitting area, large closet, deck and beautifully renovated bathroom. Everything is very clean and well labeled - it was easy to get on the wi-fi, tv and nest thermostat controls. We were traveling with two older dogs and this pet friendly property worked well for us. There are about six steps down off the deck to a large yard, so it was easy to take the dogs in and out. As other reviews have mentioned the driveway is not paved. It is a gravel driveway that winds between trees and over tree roots. It's fine once you are familiar with it, but if you are arriving after dark just go slow and don't be surprised there are a few bumps. Occasionally I would hear voices coming through the door from the main house, but overall it is a very quiet property without much street noise.

Tranquil Arcadia Lakes Hideaway

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. It is a cozy, nicely decorated and well-appointed efficiency (no stove) apartment. The bed was very comfortable, giving both of us great nights of sleep. The bathroom was outstanding: it was spacious and well-lit, and the roomy shower had excellent water pressure. The area in which the home is located is peaceful and semi-secluded but has ready access to food and shopping just a couple of miles away. Fort Jackson is also nearby. It also has a beautiful view of the lake. A few notes but not showstoppers: You can tell this is an older room as a mustiness hung in the air each time we came in and didn’t fade until the air conditioning came on and the airflow seemed to alleviate it. We wanted to sit out on the deck and enjoy the lake view with our morning coffee, but the condition of the cushions on the deck furniture prevented us from doing so. The biggest challenge was parking -- notably so at night -- due to large tree roots growing through the driveway pavement and because the path to the apartment is narrow, especially as you get closer to the entrance to the apartment.
