The place was perfect for our needs and the hosts were very communicative. Loved the neighborhood and even had a lovely Sunday service at the local Baptist church. We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for family gatherings.

The inside of the house was lovely! Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and game room. The kitchen had everything we needed.

This rental was great for what we needed it for. We came to the area to stay for a graduation at Fort Jackson, which was conveniently only15 minutes away from the home. The layout of the house was great for our family and the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and game room were quite clean! The kitchen amenities are basic, you have what you need there. The kitchen sink water pressure was very low and made it challenging to clean dishes and there was no sponge left for us, so that wasn't ideal, thankfully we had a short stay. There were some things that we texted the owner about: lights for the game room fans were not working and the outlets in the bunk room stopped working and Trevor replied quickly. The problem was not resolved but he did correspond with us. We did end up figuring out one of the fans in the game room, but at least one bulb was out in the fixture that did work. Overall, the stay was fine.

Very nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were six adults staying in the three bedroom home. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The interior of the home was exactly as advertised and very clean and had all amenities as advertised. It had all the kitchen utensils that we needed to make our breakfast and lunch. We ate dinner out. Trevor answered any/all questions/concerns in a very timely manner. The outside of the house could have been cleaned up a bit, but it was early spring so we just accepted the fact that maybe they hadn't been able to get to it yet. If the outside of the home was cleaned up, I would have given the property 5 stars. Overall, it was very nice and I would certainly consider staying there again if the need arises. Thank you, Trevor!
