Our family of 5 stayed comfortably here. The location was great, with a short walk to both the metro and a coffee shop. It had everything we needed for home base on a very active trip with kids. Communication with James was fantastic. He is an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for several days while visiting D.C., and it was a perfect home base. The apartment was clean, private, and just as described. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals, and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch.The location is great—quiet neighborhood, close to the metro, and a quick Uber to all the major sights. The host offers a free parking pass upon request, and the place is also set up for families with a high chair, pack ’n play, and games for kids.Check-in was simple, and the host was very responsive. We’d gladly stay again.

This is a Capitol Hill Gem!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely basement apartment in Capitol Hill. The location is on a quiet, tree-lined street just minutes from the metro. The apartment is beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. A separate entrance made coming and going easy and private.The host was professional, responsive to our questions about the area, and clearly put a lot of effort into making guests comfy. We would stay there again and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting DC and value comfort and convenience.
