Excellent stay! The location was perfect, in a great Capitol Hill neighborhood and less than a 15-minute walk to the U.S. Capitol Building. The free parking was a huge plus, and the property was comfortable and convenient for exploring Washington, D.C. Would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were very responsive. The AC in the apartment is window units so that makes the the living room a little warm if the bedroom doors are closed. The queen sized bed and mattress are overly soft/old. It's a great location and check-in was really easy.

The location was excellent and made getting around the city very convenient. Once we figured out that the Metro was the best way to travel, getting to the various sights was easy. If you’re old enough to use them, the city’s share bikes located right around the corner were another excellent option.The house is older and has been well maintained, although it has not been completely updated. That said, the price was right for the location, and overall we felt it was a good value for our stay.

Great location and a comfortable stay!This apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip. It is incredibly close to all the main D.C. attractions, making sightseeing a breeze. Having parking included was an extra plus and saved us a ton of hassle. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Nice to be in a local neighborhood near a park, but also close enough to the Capitol and Mall for those activities. Plenty of space to relax and rest in the middle of the day if needed. Will come back!

Amazing space in a beautiful, safe part of town. We had easy walks to bus stations, train station, and places like the Supreme Court. Our family of four had plenty of space. Street parking was easy enough to find and the guest pass worked well. The home is well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. It was so nice to have a small laundry unit right there in the kitchen. We would highly recommend this place to small families like ours!

Nice little place. It was garden level, which I didn’t realize. It had a wrought iron safety door, but it didn’t work. However the neighborhood was vibrant and felt very safe. Host was very responsive and helpful. Close to bus lines.
