This end-unit 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse features tasteful coastal dĂ©cor, comfortable furnishings, and a bright open floor plan with serene water views. Enjoy your morning coffee or grill your fresh catch on the screened-in porch overlooking the canal, just steps from your private boat slip (max 27 ft).
Set out on easy boating adventuresâfuel up at the on-site marina, explore calm turquoise bays, or head Oceanside via Tavernier Creek for world-class fishing and dining at nearby waterfront restaurants.
Within the 40-acre resort community, enjoy three heated pools, five tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness center, clubhouse, library, sandy beach, and game room. After a day on the water, unwind with cocktails at sunset from your private porch.
