Home was very neat and well appointed kitchen and amenities. We used the pool a few times. Close to Foodland and a few restaurants. They had some condiments but would take some if you like spicy food like we do. Host could be reached quickly. One suggestion- could keep some coffee in the home (we arrived late) . The only downside was the distance to attractions, we drove 2 hours minimum each day.

The condo was very clean, all the appliances worked, the kitchen was well stocked with silverware bowls, dishes, and pots and pans. The washer and dryer were very convenient and worked perfectly.

Beautiful spot right across from the Makai Golf Course. The place was clean and perfect for the three of us. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very inviting. The directions were perfect- highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Overall comfortable stay. The air in the double bed room was poor. Used the box fan to help cool the room down as there are no vents getting air into the only room. The laundry, garage and kitchen were all great!

Carpet needs replacing in livingroom. Was very gross to walk on. Living couch and chair with makeshift slipcovers were not pleasant. These 2 pieces of furniture need to be replaced badly. Beds were comfortable and unit was very well equipped.

The space was pristine when we arrived. It is located in a very popular area for travelers, retirees, annd those looking to take advantage of the resort. The property is a short 3 minute drive to the local shopping center with grocery store, fuel and apparel shops. The gym was a great add for us, and the walking path around the community allowed for lots of physical activity around the home based. The community was quiet, clean and full of friendly faces. The kitchen had all of the appliances that one would need, and we even used the grill for dinner. We also were granted a late check out, which really helped us in planning our last day on the property. Highly recommend this stay for your time on Kauai. The local beaches were fantastic.

This was a corner unit at the intersection of a busy road. There was a lot of noise from the cars and trucks that drove past. The pool was very nice overall we enjoyed our stay

The condo itself was very comfortable. It is well supplied with everything you would need to cook any meal. It also had everything you would need at the beach. Coolers, chairs, umbrellas, towels and even snorkeling equipment. The location was great and neighborhood quiet.Check in and checkout were very simple and well explained.We did have a couple issues. The master bedroom’s sliding patio door does not lock. There is a rod in the track to stop someone from opening it. We did contact Vrbo and the host but was but nothing was done.At one point we thought we locked ourselves out of the condo. Again we contacted Vrbo and the host but never received a call back. Luckily we found our key. This might sound trivial but the blinds were hard to open and close and the hot water did not work at the kitchen sink.We did enjoy our stay and over looked the negatives

Great location and comfortable stay

We loved the location of this condo. It is right next to the walking path, making it easy to get out for morning and evening walks. Queens bath is not far. The kitchen had all we needed for making meals. We used the pool and gym multiple times. Both were perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just spent a week on Kauai and at this property. It was beyond exceptional! The property was better than the description. Very well maintained, clean, comfortable and convenient. The views from the lanai were stunning. The communication with the concierge was excellent. She immediately texted back when we had questions. We would DEFINITELY recommend this property and will book again for next summer. We were able to get to everywhere we wanted to go relatively quickly. Walks around the golf course and neighborhood are not to be missed!!!

Worn out and Broken Amenities

The dishwasher was broken, we were told to put soap in the bottom and it would wash the dishes, it absolutely did not wash them, it made them more dirty even when thoroughly rinsing first. All the dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty and needed hand washed before using. We should have been refunded some of the rental fee or warned before arrival and given a chance to rebook elsewhere because we paid for having a dish washer and couldn't actually use it for 8 nights. With having a baby we had enough bottles to wash by hand and didn't need the extra dishes to wash on vacation. The vertical blinds were broken and the couch was very worn out. Overall the place needs some TLC. It's on the main road through Princeville as well, so be aware that there will be car noise. But the lanai is a nice area regardless of the noise.

Princeville Condo

The property had everything we needed for a great stay. It was comfortable and very clean. I would have liked to have been closer to the beach but that’s not possible. Early or I g walks around the golf course were pleasant. Some early morning traffic noise but flowering hedges gave us privacy. Especially liked the lanai

Perfect week in Princeville

The VRBO could not have been easier! After a long travel day, checking in and getting settled was very simple. The location is excellent, with a gym and pool! It was a quick drive to Hanalei, and many beaches were easy to walk to. It was nice to have towels and be able to do laundry. It was perfect for the four of us! I would recommend it!

Awesome stay

The setup was really nice and very spacious. We had laundry, dishwasher, and two large bathrooms. Only downside is it wasn’t obvious how to access the pool and tennis courts but we didn’t look into it too much or ask anyone since we were busy with other things on the island! Overall the stay looks exactly as listed and was very comfortable and convenient.
