Hosting Lindsey presented several challenges that were unprecedented in my experience. Despite our team's continuous efforts to address her concerns, we were unable to meet her expectations. Notably, there was an incident involving the damage of a bed frame. Our maintenance team assessed that the damage was inconsistent with normal use. Additionally, interactions with Lindsey were marked by confrontational communication, numerous phone calls, and inappropriate language by the guest to the host. I felt harassed by this guest. At the conclusion of her stay, attempts to offer well wishes were met with aggression and hostility. Lindsey also mentioned having had negative experiences with other hosts, which, in light of our experience, suggests a pattern. I would advise fellow hosts to exercise caution when considering future bookings with this guest.
