**Important Details:**

* **No Pets/Animals:** Unauthorized pets will incur a $425 cleaning fee + $350 pet fee per pet.
* **No Parties:** Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
* **No Smoking:** Smoking, vaping, or piping of any kind is prohibited inside the cabin or on covered decks.
* **No Fireworks**
* **No Glitter/Confetti/Paint/Essential Oils/Fragranced Diffusers:** Additional cleaning fees may apply.

**Security Features:**

Exterior RING cameras (driveways, entryways, patio) and a RING doorbell are present for security. Cameras record audio and video but are not monitored during your stay. No cameras are located inside the property.

Fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide sensor provided.

**Liability Waiver:** Use of the pool, hot tub, and other amenities is at your own risk.

**Wi-Fi:** Provided as a convenience, not essential for property use. No refunds for outages or access issues.

**Fireplace:** Available from October 1st to March 31st. No refunds for improper use; tested before each stay. For fire safety, please turn off fireplaces when not in use.
