We enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. The dishes, pans, and kitchen small appliances were great quality The location was nice and easy to access everything. The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained.

The location is outstanding- a quick and easy walk along the river to the hotsprings, restaurants, and hiking. There are 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor and the main bedroom, living room, and kitchen on the bottom floor. There is very little airflow upstairs and since we were there during a very hot week, it was almost too hot to hang out in the house and sleeping was difficult.

The property is excellent! Clean, great location, and relaxing. The only thing I missed in booking was no air conditioning. I'd guess you don't need it very often, but this July weekend was hot and muggy! Otherwise 10/10!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The decor was stunning and the furnishings were just perfect for being comfortable. Everything we needed or wanted was supplied. The view and the sound of the river is so relaxing.

The docor is beautiful. The house is very comfortable. Great place to relax after some tough hikes in the spectacular scenery.

What a wonderful place!

I only write reviews when a stay is truly exceptional — and this one absolutely was! From the outside, the property is very unassuming, but the moment you walk in, it is beautifully decorated, welcoming, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything you could possibly need is there: plenty of towels, including pool towels, extra sheets, good-quality hair dryers, nice hangers — all the little details that really make a difference. One of my favorite things was being able to open the windows in all three bedrooms and fall asleep to the peaceful sound of the river flowing outside. It made the whole mountain experience even more special. Great job to both the owner and the management team — you can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into this place. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend it for a girls’ trip, family vacation, or simply a relaxing mountain escape.

Overall the property was great. Nice and clean. Our only complaint was the way the host responded to the Wildfire near the property. Most things in town were closing due to the immediate threat of the fire and we felt the proximity and threat of the fire made it unsafe to stay. We were not offered any type of refund even though we were there only two hours. I understand this was out of the control of the host but still. Thanks

Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet

This is a lovely property on the outskirts of the charming town of Ouray. We used it as a homebase to ski Telluride and Purgatory ski resorts, but it would be and equally fantastic spot to visit in the summer to hike to the nearby recently accessable dinosaur tracks or take in the hot springs or a mine tour. Very clean, quiet and comfortable accommodations. We hope to return!

This property is beautifully decorated. I also appreciated that it is was well stocked (detergent, trash bags, plenty of towels), well equipped kitchen. We brought beach towels but they had some available for use so you could save yourself from packing them. I greatly enjoyed my morning coffee on the back deck listening to the river. We walked to town for dinners and ice cream and it was only about 15 minutes. The hot springs water park is only a 5 minute walk. FYI…you are able to bring your own snacks and come and go throughout the day with your day pass. They did close the kids play area (slide and obstacle course) in the evening. The hotter pool was for 18 and older. I would absolutely stay here again!We had two adults and 4 children and it was more than enough space.
