The house was spotless and smelled very clean. The only issue we had was the hot water smelled like sewage, but I work in the industry so I knew to run the hot water tank completely out and the smell went away, it was just the minerals that had sat in the tank for an extended period of time. No harm no foul! Great experience!! We will stay again!

Clean and comfortable

We felt like we were at home in this very clean and comfortable house. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get to points of interest in Bay City. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and property

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. All neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Yard was clean with nice soft grass. Would love to rent when we return.

Outstanding stay in Bay City

This VRBO property is a true gem. From the moment you get there you notice that the owners have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable. They have a spacious garage to park in and a fantastic yard with a deck for relaxing outside or if you have pets (pet friendliness is another huge bonus). The house itself is super clean and nicely designed/updated with a nice open kitchen, 3 nicely sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed which was just awesome. We had just moved to this house from another vacation rental which did not provide as many supplies so it was such a breath of fresh air to see everything they have provided for their guests. We slept great on the bed and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The location was also excellent for exploring all that Bay City has to offer and is only a short trip from Frankenmuth and Midland. They are all great towns to visit. If you are considering a vacation rental in Bay City, look no further than this great home. You won't be disappointed.
