With 2 spacious bedrooms featuring queen beds, a lovely loft upstairs with a futon, and a bathroom stocked with essentials like a hairdryer and shower, this property is perfect for guests looking for a wonderful stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. We have a free arcade game room-featuring 5 games, a vending machine, and candy dispenser. We’d love for you to utilize our office space and lighted mirror vanity. Living room, loft, and bedrooms all have smart TV’s. Kitchen essentials such as an air fryer and Keurig make your stay even more comfortable. Take advantage of our outdoor patio, grill, and fire pit area. We even supply 4 pedal bikes-with helmets-to use at the Riverwalk, which is only a short distance away! Please pay the pet fee, if you’re bringing them. We ask that you clean up after your pet as well. Thank you!

Great locations for a quick walk to restaurants. We loved playing PAC-Man! The bbq down a couple blocks away was the best we have ever had.

The house was fantastic!!! The owners were great to work with when we needed special accommodations. Such a cute place and they thought of everything including the fur babies!! We will be back next year!!

Very cozy, felt like home!

Beautiful place, very clean and the games where an added bonus
 brought the kid side out of me for the stay lol. Very quit area and close to our event. Thank you for alowing us to stay at your place! Will book if in area again!

Good Stay

My wife and I needed a location close to family for a family event, and we needed the ability to prepare family meal items. The game room is a solid distraction and the hot tub an added bonus. Location is perfect for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Would book again.

We enjoyed our stay in Bay City. We were very happy with the accomodations. It was convenient to most places in Bay City. We would recommend this place for a cozy, comfortable feeling. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

This was a comfortable stay in an older home that has been updated in looks throughout. It doesn’t have a kitchen and kitchen space equipped to prepare gourmet meals..basic service for four, but Bay City has a lot of great restaurants if that’s what you want. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the River and River walk (and not that far to continue walking downtown. )The host was responsive and they provided a few extras that are always nice to find in rentals.

Weekend getaway with the family.

We wanted to travel to the east side of the state. We live right across the mitten on the west on lake Michigan. The home was family friendly with spa and arcade room so that sold us. Very nice place and shopping near by.

Wedding retreat

It was wonderful. The house was clean but there were some issues with leaky pipes in the bathroom and a broken sink, but all was good! Thank you for letting us stay there, it was wonderful!

Petty Little House in Great Location

We stayed 10 days. The house was easy to find, enter and it was clean, comfortable and had services close by. There Our host,Kurt, responded quickly on two different occasions to answer questions and provide service.

Overall Nice Stay

We visited the area for 8 days. The home was quaint and clean. We did have a few issues that hindered the overall enjoyment of our stay that had to do with maintenance issues and the fact that 3 of the 4 tvs in the home were unusable but we liked the central location of this home

The location was great, very close to shopping and family. The gameroom was great, though disappointed that the vending machine was out of order. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed though a small table and chairs would be more useful than the barstools for older people since the stools can be unstable. The bathroom was fully equipped but the shower door is not working well to keep water from dripping out during use making the floor wet which could be a problem long term. The downstairs bedroom would have been perfect but the mattress was very uncomfortable so we had to use the upstairs room which was tough going up the steep stairs. The host was very helpful when we asked him things so hopefully he will fix the few issues before the next rental.

It needs to be noted that there are only window unit air conditioners in no central air, mold in bathroom, house smelled like mold, house was dirty, ice machine did not work in frigerator. Air fryer was completely filthy from whoever used it prior to us, not enough towels, it certainly looks nothing like the pictures.. we had six women stay there and we were disappointed!

Good location, quiet neighborhood, easy to find, nice walking area with plenty of nearby stores for anything needed. House had every supply needed, cutely decorated, wonderful there was a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies, enjoyed playing Galaga, nice there was a carport/grill/shed/bikes/ deck furniture, and they had some candy out as a welcome. The owners resolved an issue with the fridge and quickly got a replacement- which was much appreciated. Two safety things to note: the stairway to upstairs can be a hazard due to inconsistent rise & run and tread depth, especially for adult-sized feet: use caution and step sideways (common problem in older homes). The back door on the deck was very hard to lock since the house has settled- it was a struggle to lift & jiggle the door to get the deadbolt to latch, which was necessary since the door knob lock latch didn't hold (could simply push door open when knob was locked). All else was good and would recommend staying here.

Disappointed

House was nice and clean but the vending machine was broken. We were disappointed that the hot tub did not work as this was one of the reasons we booked this place. Reached out to owner a few times to see if they could help. Owner was slow to respond he did offer to come over before we checked out to fix it but never did.

it’s a nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown Bay City Feds Park Midland St., District always something to do. I added bikes because we were so close to vets Park and the Riverwalk.
