Good location. Cozy, homey place. Worked well for my needs. No ice or ice trays, but the kitchen was spacious and there was a dining area.

Great location. Great accommodations. The only drawback can be the parking. This residence is in a busy area and you may have to park a little ways away.

We were visiting some friends. The place was perfect for us. It is a perfect 1 bedroom apartment, almost like a hotel room. Super quiet even though it is on a main avenue.

Awesome. The owner is I credibly accommodating, helpful, and a great communicator. The unit is cite, and bigger than Inwas expecting from the pictures. I absolutely adored this place, and will look it up for future stays. It’s clean it’s comfy, and it’s cozy. Thank you, Ryan!

Very Accommodating Host

My husband and two of our friends stayed here for a couple days before our cruise out of Seattle. Ryan was super flexible with our arrival time and very responsive to our questions. The space was just large enough for two couples and the pull out bed in the living room was surprisingly comfortable. Loved that there was coffee, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets which allowed us to quick wash the few clothes we used during our stay so as to NOT take dirty clothes on our cruise. Note to anyone with mobility issues, the stairs up to the property are steep and if you're bringing large luggage it's a struggle up to the property. This might be an issue for some to consider. We were lucky that my husband and my friend's husband could get our stuff up and down. That's not a knock on this property, just factual. We actually had a GREAT stay and loved the neighborhood which has many good restaurants and a store within walking distance. I would TOTALLY stay here again.
