great unit. TV's in bedrooms is nice. Everything was great. We come up 3 or so times a year to visit my daughter and her family so will be back

Jeff was a fantastic host - very responsive, and extremely willing to make the stay the best it could be. The house was clean and neat, as advertised, and we had everything we needed. If we ever needed to stay in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book with Jeff again!

The home was just as advertised. The beds were all new and very comfortable, linens were clean, shower was excellent and the kitchen had everything we wanted. I was glad the kitchen peninsula had enough stools for all of us so we could play cards together. The Brazilian bakery down the block was superb and coffee from the Roastery across the street was also great. Jeff was timely with information.

The house was clean and nicely appointed. There are two very steep staircases leading to the bedrooms which made access impossible for my mother - we had to check her into a hotel. The staircases should be mentioned in the property description.

Great place for families

This is a great value property for a family about 30 mins from downtown Boston. A great surprise to us was the awesome burrito shop next door, cafe across the street, and Nordic spa just steps away which we enjoyed! The surrounding area is a very attractive community and all amenities we needed were a short 5-10 minute drive away.

Spotless, convenient, hassle-free

This was perfect for a family of four (3 adults, 1 teen) at a very reasonable price. The house is freshly renovated and spotlessly clean; kitchen well equipped and spacious; three good-sized bedrooms with plenty of space and privacy. There is a cafe, a taqueria and a bakery right nearby, and it’s only a short drive to all the shops in Natick. Turnpike access is easy. It’s an older house, so the stairs are a bit steep; something to keep in mind if that kind of thing is an issue for you. There is a bathroom on the ground floor, and commercial grade washer and dryer in the basement. Jeff is an excellent host, finding just the right balance of being helpful and available while respecting privacy. He clearly wants to get things right with this new property, has done an excellent job already, and is very receptive to input. Providing slippers for everyone was a great touch. We will definitely try to book here next time. Thank you, Jeff!
