Very spacious and tidy, and a great location in a beautiful area right next to Seward Park. Kitchen was super well stocked, with lots of thoughtful details. Will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area!

Spacious living area. Great location. The HVAC was really loud when it was running but other than that the accommodations were quiet and comfortable.

Beautiful property in the best location near Seward Park. Pictures are accurate. We all said it was the nicest rental we have ever had. Would highly recommend!

It was comfortable, very clean and so close to Seward park! Instructions shared were clear and communication was excellent. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to rest comfortably while in Seattle!

We were so pleased with this stay! The house was perfect for our quick trip visiting family who live right up the street (and I’m sure would be great for a longer stay, too). Gladys and Michael were extremely accommodating of us traveling across the country with two little ones and allowed early check-in so we could get settled. There were even toys already there which were great for our three year old. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials (even kid friendly ones), and the bathroom was great. Parking was easy and the proximity to Seward Park can’t be beat. Would definitely stay here again!

Probably our best Vrbo stay yet.! The guest house was immaculate and so comfortable, in a beautiful neighborhood. Gladys and Michael could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. It was a perfect stay and we look forward to staying there again when we’re back in Seattle visiting a family. If we could give it 10 stars, we would!

All you might expect and much more. Host has thoughtfully anticipated your needs. Very clean and well decorated. Property is in a great location and very close to beautiful recreation areas. You will not be disappointed in this property!!!! We will definitely come back!

This property was amazing! It’s new and clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our family. Even the small things like an air frier to toys to night lights made it the perfect spot for our family with little kids. The hosts were nice and went above and beyond with communicating and accommodating our requests. The location was also great. A short distance to downtown and walkable to Seward Park with miles of trails, playground and waterfront views. Would recommend and would come back if ever in the area!
