Welcome to our bright, spacious guesthouse in Seward Park! A large 2 br/1 ba open floor plan, and all major amenities, this modern retreat has everything you need for a perfect Seattle stay. Relax outdoors in our spacious patio and yard, or go on a biking adventure. Close to Seward Park and minutes drive to Columbia City, you'll have easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and more! A half-block to the bus line connects you to Seattle's light rail, making exploring the city a breeze.
Our 1200 sqft guesthouse sits at the rear of our primary residence on a half-acre lot. There's plenty of room indoors and out for vacationers, business travelers, or families with kids. The property is fully-fenced, secured, and private.
It's common to see an array of beautiful birds fly overhead such as pelicans, herons, and eagles or be visited by a neighborhood bunny foraging in the grass.

Outdoor Spaces: Private patio, gas grill, and yard

Heating/Cooling: Central thermostat, portable A/C unit available upon request

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes cookware and bakeware, utensils, basic spices, coffee maker with coffee and tea, toaster, mini blender, air fryer, and rice cooker
Entertainment: Smart TV with access to streaming services
Parking: Free, plentiful 24-hour street parking; 30-minute loading/unloading zone in host driveway
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
Seward Park: Short walk to (playground, tennis courts, trails, biking loop); If staying during the week of Seafair (last week of July), youâll get front row seats to the Blue Angels that roar amazingly close overhead.
Nearby Neighborhood: Ten-minute walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bookstore. Minutes drive to Columbia City with more restaurants, shops, PCC Market.
Transit Access: Metro bus (Route 50) half block away, connecting to light rail.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire guesthouse, patio, yard, and bicycles (at your own risk, with helmets provided), but please note that the pool and pergola are permanently closed and unavailable for guest use.
