Full lake view with dock did not disappoint. The property was very clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a couple of meals for our family. Grocery stores are nearby if needed. Bedding is comfortable and clean and bathrooms are clean as well.Our 4 night stay was perfect!

The house was just perfect for us. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. There was also a nice view of the lake. The basement gave us plenty of extra hanging out space.

The inside was comfortable and updated. Having a downstairs was a huge help with young adults staying up later than the elders! The foosball table didn't work, however. A suggestion for the kitchen would be some ziplock bags, aluminum foil and napkins. Also, one towel per person for five days is unreasonable. The views are gorgeous and the area of the lake perfect. We totally enjoyed our stay.

The stay was amazing, the place was clean and the property was big enough for me and friends to enjoy. Definitely will rent this property again.

We booked for 5 nights, unfortunately got sick, so only stayed for 2 nights. We did lose alot of money.The living area, kitchen and porch were lovely. Couch, loveseat and recliner, so plenty of seating. Kitchen was well equipped. Tea bags, sugar were a nice touch by the coffee station. I only add that aluminium foil would have been good to have. Sitting on the high top table having breakfast was a treat, you can look over at the Lake. The 2 main level bathrooms were very clean, extra supply of toilet paper and soap was appreciated. I will add here a box of tissues would have been nice to have on counter. Downstairs was definitely a fun large room with plenty of games and large tv.etc. The downstairs shower was needing help. The 2 knobs for hot/cold Water were very lose. On a positive note, the downstairs bedroom was very spacious. Things to consider fixing. The front porch railing was very shaky. The concrete on bottom was broken.The driveway had uneven spots, so, we had watch where we were walking as not to trip. There are no pathway lights in evening.I definitely would recommend to rent this home, especially for a family. Keep in mind, it doesn't work for a handicap person. Can't recall if that is said in listing. All in all, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful Lake view. We had a question for host and it was answered immediately.

It means a lot that you'd still recommend the home after only two of your five nights, from the lake view breakfasts to the cozy seating and game room. The porch railing and shower knobs, especially, are being addressed promptly given the safety concerns, along with the driveway, lighting, and supply suggestions. We love vacationing at the lake! This was our first time on Lake Norman. Found this reasonably priced dog friendly house and was pleasantly surprised. House is larger than it looks in the pictures! Great view of the lake and nice little cove for water access for our pontoon and for the kids to play in the water. House had everything you could need, from kitchen accessories to life jackets, beach towels and even a water mat. Only flaws were 1)down stairs smells a bit like animals, maybe due to the carpet. 2)very low water pressure throughout the house. 3)the AC struggles to keep up and can’t be set below 70 and the downstairs bedroom has no air vents. 4) the dryer never dried clothes on the first load. I did make the rental company aware so hopefully that is better. Overall, it was a very cute house with everything we needed and wanted and a great location. Rental company was very responsive. We had a bad thunderstorm come thru that blew a tree across the entire driveway and they were out there within an hour to remove it.

We're so glad this home turned out to be a pleasant surprise, roomier than the photos let on, with a lovely lake view and that handy little cove for the pontoon and the kids. Having everything on hand from kitchen gear to life jackets, beach towels, and even a water mat is exactly the kind of setup that makes a lake trip easy. We appreciate you flagging the issues you ran into: the downstairs odor, the low water pressure, the AC and vent situation, and the dryer, and all of it has been passed along to our team so we can get things sorted. Thank you for making us aware during your stay, too. And when that thunderstorm sent a tree across the driveway, we're glad our team could be out there within the hour to clear it. Everything as it looks in the photos - new and clean. Coffee maker was not working correctly and they promptly provided a new one along with some coffee
