This hotel was a good location for our stay. It is walkable to the trails at Bell Rock and an easy drive to downtown Sedona. It is also dog friendly.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Everything was clean. Location was perfect with stunning views and access to restaurants within walking distance. Staff at the desk were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Reservation cancelled day-of

Never got to stay at this property. I had originally booked two rooms, but cancelled one before our stay because the 4 of us decided to stay in one room. Both rooms were still showing as “booked” in the VRBO app, despite the fact that I called twice to and talked to a VRBO representative regarding the one cancellation and to confirm the other room was still booked. I was reassured both times that everything was set as I expected, but that it was a software glitch and so it wouldn’t update in the app. When I arrived to check-in, the front desk attendant said I did not have a reservation and that both rooms had been cancelled. Also, that there were no other rooms available that could accommodate 4 of us. Sedona was packed for the weekend due to it being Spring Break and beautiful weather. I ended up paying twice as much to get another hotel in the area for the night. So disappointed and frustrated.
