APPARTEMENT SPACIEUX CHAMBRE TRES PROCHE DE VENICE BEACH avec laveuse / sécheuse

-J'ai une chambre très proche de la plage (une distance de marche de 50 minutes). Cet appartement est entièrement meublé avec section buanderie (lave-linge et sèche-linge prêt à l'emploi).
-L'appartement est à l'arrière de mon entreprise où j'ai quelques bureaux. Il a sa propre entrée privée.
- Je garde habituellement pour les visiteurs et les invités, mais comme je ne venir bientôt, donc je pensé à le louer. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes.
-son chambre principale dispose d'un nouvel ensemble de chambre (avec un lit queen) + placard + salle de bain + cheminée comme décoration. En outre, il a un nouveau canapé en cuir fixé à l'espace de vie. Il a une grande télé de base. De plus, j'ai une chaise haute et un bac de jeux pour les petits enfants aussi, si nécessaire. La cuisine est pleine de son essentiel.
-Animaux interdits. Interdiction de fumer à l'intérieur.
-l'emplacement de l'appartement est le côté ouest de Culver City. Il est très proche de la plage de Venise (2. 6 miles).
- Il y a une réduction de 5% pour une semaine et 15% pour un séjour d'un mois.

The only issue at the property was the very long time it took to get hot water at the kitchen and bathroom faucets. The shower hot water came quickly. Otherwise the apartment was as presented in the listing.

Horrible and Deceptive Descriptive & Image

This was a hideous property and we left early. The description didn't include any mention of the fact there were NO windows. It was like living in a cave. There was only 1 door into the unit and it was behind the dumpster in the alley. The unit appeared to be an add-on behind a martial arts studio. No mention of that in the description either. No windows and only 1 exit are not to building code for a safe residence. Additionally there was no mention of the fact that you CANNOT PUT TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET.! Seriously! We caution anyone looking at this to reconsider and not believe the pictures and know there is ALOT missing in the description. .

The drawbacks are fleas on the large couch that bit my legs and back and the sewage smell. I was disappointed when I walked in. It's dark and the sulfur smell/sewage of a septic tank is obvious. You get used to it after a while, sort of. My suitcase and clothes had that smell when I got home. This place is not bad, I just didn't like it. The area is cool, as is the privacy of a commercial area with back alley entrance. It's attached to their business and my first morning sitting on the non-flea smaller couch, happily having coffee and breakfast, I realized their employee bathroom is directly on other side of the door. The overwhelming smell of someone's fresh bowel movement assaulted my nose and halted my morning reverie. So lots of toilet smelling problems here. I purchased an expensive essential oil candle from Whole Foods in Venice that diffused the smell and carried it with me from room to room and bathroom because who wants to smell that for a high daily price (including the v. high cleaning fee). I also couldn't make it the first night but showed up for the last 2. No help with that. Kind of ridiculously, VR B O did nothing to help me with the date changes or the unmanageability of the sewage smells. They said it was all up to the owner and well, the owner is going to be well aware of this septic tank reek yet he rents it out for $$$ (incl fees & tax). I'm not sure what they have customer service for then. The bedroom was vacant and uncozy and I couldn't relax enough to sleep there. I slept on couch, and got the itchy bites. The kitchen is well equipped and there was not really a suitable place to sit and eat but a quick furniture rearrangement fixed that. The sewage smell is quadruple strong in the morning and less in evening. The landlord was responsive and friendly but after asking for my phone number, never used it so I missed some website messages. The shower is amazing. Too bad I was in a rush. .. This will probably be my first and last time using VRBO. Sure would love a refund of the night I didn't stay. The cleaning fee is more than a night's stay there.

This apt was very clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The host was responsive—we initially had an air mattress that was not staying inflated so Amir brought a new one as soon as we told him. I only gave 3 stars, though, because there was an overwhelming chemical smell throughout the apt. Even when we ran the a/c and opened the door and used a fan to blow air out of the apt, the odor persisted. I think it was because the apt shares a ventilation system with the appliance repair shop next door. We reported the odor to the owner but he acted as if he was unaware of it, which is hard to believe. It was so overwhelming that we left a day early and stayed in a hotel for our last night because it was difficult to fall asleep. Our clothes and belongings has a mild residue of the smell even after we left.

The host was very accommodating when I asked to slide my five day stay up one day. Check-in was pretty straightforward, although there was a little confusion finding the door to the apartment. After opening the storm door, the apartment door is on the left behind a black mesh curtain and very hard to see, especially at night. I tried to get in a door on the right, which was much more obvious, but the key didn’t work there. The upstairs occupants told us about the door on the left. As many reviews have stated there are no windows in the apartment. Although it was a little gloomy, it wasn’t a real inconvenience to us. The main room which has the kitchen does not have a dining table of any kind. There is only a low coffee table in front of the couch. The place was very clean. We would probably stay here again.

Return trip to LA

This was our second time staying at this property in Del Rey within a year. It is convenient, clean and cost effective. Has amenities you don’t get in a hotel, like two rooms, a full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood feels safe and has plenty to offer. Street parking was never an issue.

The quintessential LA

Very cute apartment strategically located close to Marina Del Rey and Venice, 5-10 min ride from the ocean and about 20-25 mins from Santa Monica with ample parking around and a caring and very responsive owners. Be sure to go for breakfast close by at Gjusta venice or the morning quesadilla at Erewhon, you won’t regret it :)

I needed a place to stay for a while while I was out here on business. It's well located and close to the freeway, restaurants and business centers. Mostly I enjoyed how nice and quite it was to come home to and sleep after a long day.
