The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate upon check-in.

- This is a second-floor, walk-up unit with 17 steps required for entry.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash, and you pick up after your pet.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
