The location was perfect and the host was super responsive. The studio felt spacious and cozy. I had a great time. If I ever find myself back in New Haven, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Great space and location. Was able to walk to museums and theater. Found a great vegan bar/restaurant called the Cannon just 2 blocks away. Very cool. Hoping to stay here again.

A Fine Stay in New Haven

The owner gave clear instructions of the check out and check in process. The apartment was very clean and everything was easy to find, though a little chilly. Only suggestion for future renters is to speak to the owner about getting a parking permit prior to your stay since you need that in order to park on the side of the building.

Great Pied Ă  Terre Near Yale

I had a wonderful stay at the Yale Casa Rosa Studio. This is the first time I stayed in this particular apartment, but the second time I have stayed in one of Aziz's places in New Haven (the other was in the same building, different floor.) I have to start by sharing just how wonderful Aziz and his partners are as hosts. They are super responsive, very helpful and nice, and keep all their properties in pristine condition. They also have great taste.Casa Rosa is a very spacious and comfortable studio, beautifully appointed, from the comfortable bed, with stylish decorative pillows and throw, to the attractive sofa and large, wall-mounted TV, to the practical desk, and well-chosen wall art. The kitchen area is very spacious and well-outfitted with anything one could need to cook. The bathroom is modern and looks newly renovated, with a great shower with multiple spouts and shower modes. Aziz provides good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as hand soap in the bathroom sink and kitchen area. The studio is well-lit and also has windows on two sides that let in natural light.The building has a keypad for code entry, which works well. It is on a street near several restaurants that are open late, including the famous Mamoun's, which is open until 2am - in case you need a tasty, late-night snack. There is plenty of foot traffic in the area, so walking home at night is comfortable.Highly recommended!
