- Check In/Out: Early check in at 2:00 PM or late check out at 12:00 PM can be requested for a $50 fee each.

- Maintenance: A mandatory monthly extermination service occurs during business hours to keep the building pristine.

- Mail: Please arrange for a local post office pickup as we do not have guest mailbox access.

- Essentials: We provide a starter set of tissues, paper towels, soap, and bath products.

- House Rules: For the comfort of all residents, parties are strictly prohibited.

Security Deposit
