1 Bedroom Downtown Delray - Swinton Ave - two blocks from Atlantic Ave. # 3

December 2024 is the start of our 8th year as hosts -- new to the VRBO community. We enjoy traveling and have tried to make our places as comfortable as the places we like to stay when we travel -- professionally cleaned and well maintained, easy to access with plenty of parking and all of the comforts we grow accustomed to at home. You can prepare a full meal in the fully equipped kitchen, cuddle up on the couch and watch Netflix with a cozy throw, read a book on the patio, or pop a chair on your back and stroll to the beach. We LOVE our location and it just gets better and better. Close to everything -- to us, most importantly, the beach. To some, the wonderful restaurants are the main draw. Delray has so many annual events -- and the best part is they are literally two blocks away., While others try to find parking, all you have to do is walk two short blocks to the action.

We have owned this property for 30 years, well before Delray became the known as the Village by the Sea. We have always loved our tenants -- and 7 years ago added a twist to our Home Sweet Home by turning some of the units into vacation rentals.

The quaintness, cleanliness and location of our properties is second to none. Don't expect a 5 star hotel experience but what you will get is 5 star hospitality, clean reasonably priced accommodations with a variety of interesting, friendly neighbors in the building.
