This home was perfect for us! We were three ladies visiting Brimfield Flea. There were three well proportioned bedrooms, two baths (which was ideal). There is terrific outdoor space, too. We had coffee and wine at the little beach and on the decks. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kyle was easy to communicate with and responded to messages right away. And it only took us about 10-15 minutes to get to Brimfield. We highly recommend it!

We had a lovely time as a summer vacation stay. Being right on the water was unbeatable, and we loved the kayaks. The house was clean and had fun bonuses like board games and a well stocked pantry. The multi level porches were really nice too and gave each level separation. We knew there were lots of stairs down to the lake but we wish we knew there were also quite a few stairs down to enter the property, so unloading was a little more involved than we thought. We would definitely visit again. Our hosts answered all our questions and responded promptly.

lovely spot

When it rained, we stayed in and watched a movie in the comfy living room. When it was sunny, we sat on the beautiful deck, and walked around the neighborhood. We really enjoyed this spot.

Cozy beautiful and clean

Everything was great, we were especially impressed by the cleanliness! Beautiful views of the lake and trees. It may have been helpful to have one binder or notebook with all pertinent info in one place but we easily survived without.

This was a beautiful, well kept property. Centrally located for our first stop through New England. Beautiful view and felt private. Lots of sitting areas available both inside and out. My only downside would be the cobwebs on the decking area outside. This is to be expected because of the area but seemed a little excessive like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Amazing family memories!

We had a fabulous week! Our family visited and came and went during the day. The house is fabuous - comfortable and beautiful with lots of special touches added. The lake is so clean and private where we were! We all fished from the dock, swam and kayaked! We had a fire in the beach fireplace one evening - gorgeous night. The beach area was a great addition! We were sad to leave and plan to return next summer!!!

Check in was quick and easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our children livyed the ice maker in the fridge! Wi-Fi was excellent. Plenty of room for us to spread out if we wanted to. The water views were relaxing as was the water itself. Property is privately tucked away in a cove. Quiet area. The a/c was much appreciated as it was a very hot and humid week.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We enjoyed everything about our stay on the lake in this very clean and beautiful home in a private setting with its spectacular lake views and sandy beach access to the water. On a daily basis, we saw lots of nature friends while having coffee or dinner on the spacious decks, including hummingbirds, pileated woodpeckers, and herons flying across the lake. We also had fun swimming, fishing, and using the available kayaks, pedal boat, and paddle boards. Kyle and Brooke were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed throughout our entire stay. We look forward to renting this hidden gem on the lake again soon!!

I would highly recommend this place. The host was prompt with questions and didn't feel invasive like some hosts of the past. They were even willing to work with my group as we were traveling quite a distance in getting stuff dropped off ahead of time. Their food recommendations were spot on. Excellent choice if you are in the area. Thanks again!- KBNCDGAA
