This featured two bedroom unit on the lower level is accessible by one flight of stairs. There is a queen bed and a twin bed in the larger bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom.

This unit is BRAND NEW from the studs to the new appliances, lighting and cabinets. We had architectural plans drawn and maximized every square inch of this home for impeccable convenience and versatility. An en-suite washer and dryer is available for your use.

You will be provided with a four digit keypad code within 24 hours of your arrival. Easy-peasy!

This home is located just a few blocks from SCL/HRH/Intermountain Health. Enjoy the extra on-site parking - there is a space that can be used for trailer or RV parking.

If you plan on staying for a while, please enjoy the garden spot! If you need a place for kids to play, there is a fenced in area where great mud-pies can be served! We also have a pack `n` play, high chair and plenty of toys/books.
