Very nice property clean environment jus as describe transportation and shopping area close by about 5-7 min walk very peaceful environment perfect place if u jus wanna relax and chill away from the hustle n busy places transportation is a very short distance to the city excellent local food and restaurants around all amnesties in the apartment works perfectly really admired hw it was super clean and tidy definitely will rebooked dis apartment on my next trip to bahamas

One of my favorite things about this neighborhood is how close you are to everything – whether you’re exploring the historic downtown, grabbing a bite at a nearby café, or heading to the beach, it’s all within easy reach. Plus, the neighborhood has a creative energy that complements my space perfectly, making it ideal for travelers looking for something outside the typical tourist experience.

The space features a professional studio setup, including a 14 foot Cyc wall, slat wall, and vintage-inspired molding wall, perfect for creatives, photographers, and content creators. The Murphy bed transforms into a podcast setup, giving you a fully functional creative space right where you sleep.

Beyond its design, the property offers modern amenities like a Nest thermostats and smart locks for a seamless and secure stay. Whether you’re visiting for work, relaxation, or to explore Nassau, my space provides a blend of comfort and inspiration that you won’t find anywhere else.
