Perfect for large families, groups of friends, season ticket holders, short term or extended stays. Located near Florida State University and Florida A&M University, enjoy all that this 4-bedroom, 2,300 square foot house has to offer. Able to sleep up to 12 guests with 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen sleeper sofa beds, guests can relax in the cozy bedrooms. The property also features a full kitchen, dining room and 2 full bathrooms. Our guests can unwind in the large family room or comfortable living room, the kids can have their own space and enjoy the game room. There’s also a large covered deck out back and a large fenced in yard. Come make new, unforgetable memories here. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

Robert was kind and available to answer any questions from the moment we booked. The home was perfect! Had everything we needed, perfect location. The yard and deck out back became a favorite for everyone. Highly recommend.

The home was very well kept! Fully stocked with all necessities for kitchen and bath. Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Location is perfect for events at FAMU or FSU. We reaally enjoyed our stay!

Great game day location! Lots of common space in the house for hanging out, cooking and beautiful back yard space as well. Plenty of parking. Would highly recommend for a group of people to stay!

Always a amazing stay. We have collectively stayed at this property for months over the last 5 months and the hosts are the best i have personally dealted with across the country as we travel for construction work. The property is spacious and fun place to stay while enjoying a stay in Tallahassee.

Having stayed at the property for a extended period of time over the last couple months we couldn't be happier. The property is as advertised and the property management communication is top notch! More over the communication there efforts to make sure u have a great stay while at the property I found to go above and beyond. Amazing to work with will be returning in a few weeks for another extended stay at the property !!

Great stay!

We had a homeschool field trip to the capital and stayed at Robert’s place. There were 2 families with 7 kids (mostly teens) and we stayed very comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone and loved the kids loved the game room downstairs. The short drive to the capital was helpful as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Robert was super quick to respond and very kind.

Listing is very accurate. Host responsed quickly and was very easy to deal with. Short walk to Doak stadium area. Plenty of room for all of us to have are own space.

FSU Family & Friends House has been in our family for 35 years. After living in the house and many years of renting to college students after graduation, we finally decided to convert the house to short term rentals so that our family had a place to stay and we could share it with other large families or groups of friends.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

FSU Family & Friends House is conveniently located a couple of blocks to the west of FSU and Doak Campbell stadium. It’s easy to walk to campus, a football game or other events. Also, very close to FAMU and TCC for similar events. Our neighborhood is a nice blend of families and FSU students. And we are conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and retail shopping.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This is the perfect place for families or friends in groups up to 12 to be together vs. having to rent multiple hotel rooms or hotels around town. It’s perfect for togetherness for football weekends, other sporting events, reunions, graduations, work crews, and other events in and around Tallahassee.
