We’re delighted to share our beloved 116-year old Portuguese villa, flourishing in the heart of Candolim. Nestled just 500 meters from the famous Candolim Beach, this two-bedroom villa is perfect for guests looking for an appropriate blend of culture, heritage, luxury, and tranquility. It has a history of an authentic Portuguese home, yet with every modern comfort at your fingertips. This villa has been lovingly preserved and the moment you step inside, you’re embraced by its warmth and charm.

There are many popular cafes/pubs within walking distance of the villa. The villa is located just 70 mtrs from the main Candolim Road which is a sweet 1 min walk along a narrow tree shaded lane giving our villa the essential quaint vibe. Kindly note that the narrow lane is not motorable by a car and the guests would need to walk for 70mtrs (less than 1 min). The famous Candolim Beach is just a 5 min walk from the Villa.

P.S. Since the final stretch of 70 mtrs is not accessible by car, guests with personal or rented car will have to park their car on the main road (our caretaker will inform about the available designated parking spots).
