Close to Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Smokey Mountain National Park. The water level on Douglas Lake can fluctuate during the winter. It’s controlled by the TVA.

Amazing Lake Cabin

This property is incredible, the pictures do not do it justice. So much space and lots of things to do. Our group had an amazing time. The property manager was great and responded quickly to questions while we were there. Highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

This property is stunning. Our group ages ranged from under 2 to 63 years old. Something for everyone at this house. From just taking in the amazing views, to the game room, to fishing off the dock, to watching a movie in the theatre room, to so much more. There were multiple families who stayed and all had their own space to enjoy, including the children which was so nice. Hot tub was a plus and the community pool was not far at all so that was also nice. Timely responses from management when we had questions. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to make some good family memories like we did.

Family weekend getaway

The draw for me was the 5-acre private peninsula on a beautiful lake. My family of 10 stayed here and we still had plenty of room! We had planned for enjoying more of the outdoors like kayaking, fishing, etc., but the weather didn't allow for much of this. The good thing is that between the game room, the movie room, the hot tub, and the huge, covered deck, we had plenty of space and entertainment options to keep us happy. My entire family enjoyed the stay at this property. The sitting areas had ample couches and reclining chairs (which some were inoperable but was expected due to the sheer number of them) for the whole family to relax. The well water smell can take some getting used to but to me it reminds me of how we are spoiled nowadays with how we get our water at home. We have stayed at a lot of different vacation rentals, and I can only think of a couple of property managers that made me feel as welcome and at ease as Simona did for our stay.

Heaven on Earth.

I cannot recommend this property enough! Nestled on a stunning 5-acre private peninsula on Douglas Lake, this lake cabin truly felt like a slice of paradise. The views from every corner of the house were breathtaking, and the privacy made it feel like our own little retreat.The home itself was incredibly spacious, with 6 private bedrooms and a fun camp-style room that the kids absolutely adored. The game room and theater room kept everyone entertained, and the hot tub was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings.The gentle slope to the water made accessing the lake super convenient, and the private dock was a fantastic touch.The location was ideal – secluded and peaceful, but still close enough to Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Smoky Mountain National Park for day trips.This property exceeded all of our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back for another stay. Whether you’re looking for a family getaway or a relaxing retreat with friends, this lake cabin is perfection!

Enjoyed the spacious living areas, game room and bedrooms. Had 15 people and never felt crowded. Enjoyed seeing a flock of wild turkeys visit the property on Thanksgiving and a couple deer. The number of bathrooms was nice although some needed maintenance attemtion. The property management was great and quick to address and minor issues that we experienced. Overall, we enjoyed our first Thanksgiving family trip there.
