Close to Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Smokey Mountain National Park. The water level on Douglas Lake can fluctuate during the winter. It’s controlled by the TVA. Pets allowed. Guest must pay $165 pet fee plus taxes and fees (max 2 pets, no more then 35lbs each pet)

The water level on Douglas Lake can fluctuate, specially during the winter. It’s controlled by the Tennessee Valley Authority.

Douglas Lake Resort community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day,

It varies on the specific date due to water temperatures.
