Welcome to this modern, newly-constructed (2023) cabin in the Smokies! From the beautiful view to the relaxing atmosphere, you are sure to enjoy your time at Skyline Ridge. The main level of this three-story cabin offers a kitchen with granite countertops, dining area, living room with fireplace and 65” TV, and master bedroom with king. The master suite has a spacious shower with dual shower heads. You can access the generous wrap-around porch through french door off of the master or through the living room. Relax outside on one of the couches in the outdoor seating area, or pull up a chair and enjoy your dinner at the outdoor dining table.

Upstairs you’ll find another king bedroom with it’s own full, private bathroom, a queen bedroom with a full, private bathroom, and a loft area with a twin daybed. Gorgeous views abound from the second-story loft windows!

On the bottom level is a fourth bedroom with four twin beds, laundry room, half bath, and a media/rec room. The rec room is a great place to relax and watch a movie on the extra-large, 85” 4K TV, play a game of pool, or challenge your friends to a board game. Walk out onto the lower level of the wrap-around porch to play a game of corn hole or to relax in the 6-person hot tub, all while enjoying the calm and quiet of the beautiful mountains.

Along with the electric vehicle / camper outlet, there is also plenty of parking for you and your family/friends at this restful cabin.


House Rules:
This cabin has some spectacular views! This is mostly due to the fact that it was built on the side of a mountain ridge. Because of this steep incline, venturing beyond the installed fencing is strictly prohibited.

The fact that the cabin was built on the side of a mountain ridge also means that the decks are very high off the ground. Leaning on, standing on, climbing on/over deck rail is prohibited. For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Security cameras on the exterior of cabin record all entry points into the cabin. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being cancelled without refund. You will be asked to leave the property immediately.

You must indicate that you are brining a pet with you. There is a pet fee. We allow 1 dog 25lbs and under. Pet must be house trained. Pet must be crated when guests are gone. Violation of pet policy may result is guest being asked to leave immediately or the addition of fees.

Use of fireworks is prohibited

No smoking inside. No smoking outside. No smokers.

Maximum occupancy is 12. No groups larger than maximum occupancy allowed, including parties and special events. Please note that you must indicate all persons in your party at booking.

Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate termination of the contract and dismissal from the property with forfeiture of all money for the remainder of the booking.

This cabin is on a mountain, and bears, raccoons, and other wildlife are active in the area. Please make sure to use the provided bear-proof trash bins for all trash. Do not leave trash outside or unwanted visitors may come. Lock your vehicles at all times. Bears are smart!

This cabin is wonderfully peaceful and away from a lot of noise (and that's the way we like it!), but as a result we are in an area that may see more severe weather-related power outages due to high winds or snow storms. Because of this we do not offer weather-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy. You may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance for your travels in case you need to cancel last minute.
