A perfect walk to the beach. The pool was clean and area well kept.

Property was nice and the owner available to answer any questions. My only concern was the lack of cleanliness of the balcony.

When we first went in there was a mildewy smell, im assuming from the ac units. There was no shower liner, just the fabric curtain, no bath rug or anything. I got a coffee cup from the cabinet that hadnt been washed and a frying pan that was covered in grease. Killed 1 huge roach in the kitchen.

Sorry for your bad experience. Not sure what happen to the shower liner or bath rugs, maybe the original cleaning service we were using took them and forgot to bring them back. Sorry about the dirty dishes, that's why we switched cleaning services. Pest control treated our unit 2 weeks ago, I'll have them retreat. Because of excess rain this year many residents have complained about roaches. Thanks for the feedback so I can resolve issues for future guests.

The apartment is very good, and the location is excellent. You can easily walk to the beach, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The only thing that was a bit difficult for me was the stairs to the third floor. I had just had surgery, so it was a little challenging to go up and down.Also, we found out on our way there that the place didn’t provide bed sheets or towels. But the communication with Tracy was great — she quickly responded to all our questions and even suggested a nearby Walmart where we could buy what we needed.Everything went well overall, and Tracy was always helpful and responsive. As a friendly suggestion, I would recommend that she consider reviewing or changing the cleaning and maintenance team, just to make sure everything stays in perfect condition for future guests.

Spent 4 nights in Tracy’s condo and had a relaxing time. Checkin was simple, communication was phenomenal. Location was very good, no more than an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend and stay again!
