Getting Around:

Getting around Leslieville is easy, especially with all there is to see walking along Queen Street East. The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets, and can get you downtown in a few minutes.

‱ The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by a staircase. There are approximately 18 steps leading up to the unit.



‱ Noise Awareness

Please note that some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. We appreciate your understanding and want you to feel informed and prepared during your stay.



‱ Strictly smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

It's been a long while since I stayed at a Airbb type property, got tired of paying for cleaning fees and then asked to clean the place before we leave.The host had been great with Q&A before our arrival.When we opened the front door the communal hallway and I asked myself " have I booked another sh*thole again?once we went inside the flat, the answer was an emphatic no, the flat was well decorated, clean, pleasant and smelt lovely, I can only presume the grease and dirt was from the BBQ shop and KFC on either side.The flat was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.The host Ryan, was friendly and always on the other end of the line if you ever needed any assistance.The flat is situated on a busy road so if you are from a quiet environment, you may take time getting use to the noise.
