About parking, one parking is included. You can park one vehicle in our lot. Additional cars are not permitted. (All guests will need to register their vehicle details with us before or upon check-in). Arriving late? No worries! All guests receive a convenient digital boarding pass with everything you need, from access codes to local neighborhood guides. Plus, our 24-hour helpline ensures you’re supported day or night.

The Neighborhood:

Queen Street East boasts a lively atmosphere with its mix of trendy boutiques, cozy cafes, and diverse dining options. Art galleries and street art contribute to the neighborhood's vibrant character.



Woodbine Beach is a major focal point of the neighbourhood. Here, you can participate in a full array of beach and water sports such as kite surfing, sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking.



Getting Around:

Getting around Leslieville is easy, especially with all there is to see walking along Queen Street East. The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets, and can get you downtown in a few minutes.



Most of these bus routes connect to stations on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Drivers will find the area very accessible with Lake Shore Boulevard, the Gardiner Expressway, and the Don Valley Parkway only a few minutes away.

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.



• The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by a staircase. There are approximately 18 steps leading up to the unit.



• Noise Awareness

Please note that some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. We appreciate your understanding and want you to feel informed and prepared during your stay.



• Strictly smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine.

House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
