South Central - Two-story Treetop Guesthouse !!!

Cette grande (920 pieds carrĂ©s), trĂšs propre, lumineuse et aĂ©rĂ©e, une maison d'hĂŽtes de deux Ă©tages a deux chambres, un lit queen size en bas et un lit king size Ă  l'Ă©tage, chacun avec des draps et literie de qualitĂ©. Chaque chambre dispose d'une petite kitchenette avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur compact individuel, cafetiĂšre, bouilloire Ă©lectrique, micro-ondes, vaisselle, couverts, verres et verres Ă  vin. Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas de cuisine complĂšte. Aucun poĂȘle ou four n'est disponible.

Chaque Ă©tage a une zone pour s'asseoir et lire et un espace pour manger. Du cafĂ© bio, du thĂ©, des barres de petit-dĂ©jeuner et du jus d'orange fournis. Grande tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat avec cĂąble en bas et plus petit, tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat avec cĂąble Ă  l'Ă©tage. Internet haute vitesse sans fil et lecteur stĂ©rĂ©o / CD. Un escalier en colimaçon mĂšne au grand Ă©tage spacieux qui a un sol en bambou et un balcon privĂ© entourĂ© de chĂȘnes vivants de 50 pi. Le balcon est un endroit merveilleux pour profiter du cafĂ© du matin et le coucher du soleil du soir. Salle de bain en bas avec une grande douche Ă  l'italienne. De nombreuses boulangeries locales, des cafĂ©s et de grands restaurants locaux tels que Uchi, Vox Table, Sway, Vespaio, Bouldin Creek CafĂ©, Odd Duck, Lenoir, Winebelly, Barlata et Tacchy's Tacos sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Nous sommes Ă  seulement 9 miles de l'aĂ©roport d'Austin et Ă  seulement 2 miles du centre-ville.

Exceeded expectations

I chose this property based on the abundant natural-light and the proximity to restaurants and coffee shops, but I was still blown away by how pleasant my stay became with sun-drenched, early Autumn days streaming in through the windows and area destinations beckoning nearby. I could pickup a variety of different cuisines in under a 5 min drive. Just plan your groceries around the provided cooking utensils. The neighborhood was quiet, with some impressive houses. Susan also resolved any initial issues that I had and remained a kind-hearted neighbor throughout my month-long visit. I would stay here again in a heart-beat.

Incredible owner/operator

I stayed at the Treetop Guesthouse for just over 3 months and had a wonderful time. It is very spacious which may or may not be evident in the photos. Also the upstairs deck is an amazing spot to take in the westward views especially sunset. Can't say enough about owner who was very respectful, responsive, and friendly. Everything from coordinating the cleaning service to the occasional hang out on the porch was easy and awesome.

The treehouse is exactly as described. Great location, nice Austin neighborhood, lovely landlord. The only consideration is that it can be difficult to get a suitcase up the spiral staircase. I would stay again.

Charming stay in this adorable guesthouse

This two-story treetop guesthouse was the perfect-home-away-from-home during our Austin visit. Susan is absolutely fantastic. She is incredibly prompt with communication and consistently made us feel like she was available should we need her. She had many thoughtful touches including beach towels and spare toiletries. The space was comfortable and I loved the beds. The property itself is well situated near public transit in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. And although we didn't rent a car, there is a parking space available (which we used for the ride share scooters.) I will definitely stay here again next time I return to Austin.

2 Bedroom Treetop

We had a lovely stay at our spacious, pristine 2 bedroom Home Away. It was the perfect location four blocks from the bus line to downtown and not too far from my nephews house. Great amenities with privacy for each room and a balcony on the upstairs bedroom. We'd love to stay there again when we're in the area!

I haven't been this comfortable in my old home town for quite some time; delighted we stayed here instead of a hotel! Susan is so thoughtful. The neighborhood's a pleasure to walk in, and Susan's suggestions for places to eat were terrific. I hope to be back!

Susan was super helpful and easy to communicate with. She was so kind to supply some snacks and drinks in the kitchenette which was great to come home to when my friend and I flew in late Friday night. The property was really lovely and the upstairs bedroom was large, airy and bright. The location is close enough to walk a few blocks to 1st street and easy to pick up uber/lyft to other locations. I liked being in this residential location close to South Congress and it seemed more cost effective than staying downtown. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends.

We loved the Tree House and the Hospitality!

The Tree House was an enexpected gem! Susan and Diane made us feel welcome from the moment we pulled in the driveway. The house is immaculate and well stocked. Our favorite was enjoying our morning coffee on the second story deck overlooking the trees. It's perfectly located in the city for great restaurants, live entertainment and shopping. We will definitely return.

Terrific tree-top stay! Austin was such a great destination.

This was a perfect location to get to restaurants and shopping. It was just my niece and I, and we each had our own space perfectly outfitted for whatever we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and only a few miles drive to the downtown area or SoCo, which was also dynamic. Sue was a very gracious host. Would highly recommend this stay while in Austin!

Bright airy and spacious. The host thought of everything you need including providing complimentary drinks and granola bars. They provided a list of restaurants and a map of Austin. They had toiletries available In case you forgot something. Very comfortable and welcoming.

Very near downtown, SOCO, SOLA, SOFI, and top rated local restaurants, such as Vespaio, Uchi, Odd Duck, Barlata, Matties and Lenoir.
