The place was great nice quiet location. The house was clean and the host was quick to respond when I had an issue that i forgot something in the house. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the Austin area.

The place was very cozy and the host was very helpful as well as polite. My favorite part was the little amenities like things that people tend to forget. Super clean and attended to. Greatly appreciated the host. Great stay!

The property was clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and other areas.However, it is in need of attention—-there were several issues that were minor—no bath mats, not enough towels etc —by themselves, but added up to some inconvenience. When I shared the problems with the managers they responded quickly but were unable to address the problems during our stay.With better upkeep/maintenance, it’s a cute and nice place

Excellent stay

We were very happy with the house. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and the check in process was smooth. We found the ad and pictures to be just as described, no surprises. It was a great location on a quiet street, with quick access to the airport. We would definitely stay again with no hesitation.

Overall it was a good stay. Location is great for what we were in town for. The only issue we had was a very strong chemical odor throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, I am very sensitive to odors and ended up with headaches each night.

Convenient and spacious

This rental is accessibly located and very reasonably priced for the amount of space it offers! We really enjoyed our stay here, as well as the quiet surroundings. Communication with Property Management was great; they were quick to respond and very helpful, which made this a seamless experience from beginning to end. My one nitpick is that it could use a thorough cleaning (including the furniture in the living room). Otherwise, this was a great place to stay during our visit!

The kitchen faucet handle came off and did not know if it was cold or hot water. Also the bathroom light did not always turned off. Otherwise we had a great stay. Also the front deck rail is loose and if you lean forward it moves very dangerous.

Excellent little vacation rental, quite neighborhood and close enough to just about anywhere in Austin for a fairly priced Lyft/Uber ride (under 30, average maybe 22-24). Everything you need to feel at home. One downside is the bathtubs are on the shallow side, not much for soaking in, but minor detail for the price point. Really a lovely property

Great location

The place is great for what we were doing. We mostly stayed south of the river and near Lamar and Congress Ave. overall it suited our needs. We did lose the Wi-Fi for a day but it was only an issue in the evening. The owners did get this fixed.

If you are looking for a great property with very nice accommodations, this is the place you need.

First, the property owners/managers were EXTREMELY quick with their replies. They were incredibly welcoming and you get the sense that they truly want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. The property was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you'd need for a weekend get away or longer! The location was amazing! Close to everything, with easy access to just about anywhere. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful. And I can only imagine how beautiful it is around there during the green months. Even super close to the highway and we heard NO highway noise. I have saved this location as a favorite for if/when I ever return to Austin. It would be the FIRST place I'd want to stay.

Comfortable duplex on a quiet street

We stayed 2 months and this property worked very well for us. The beds are comfortable and the main living area gets a lot of natural light. Communication with Mashid was excellent. The pictures on the listing don't show the nice covered patio in the back which we enjoyed. Also this is a duplex not a house and there are about 14 stairs up to the front door which wasn't an issue but important if anyone is trying to book a one level house. The unit was well equipped and we also enjoyed how quiet it was since it's at the end of a cul-de-sac but still a quick drive to everything we needed.

This was very much as it was described/pictured in listing. Convenient location, quiet. All good. Very functional and comfortable. Cleanliness was good, not great. All in all, however, it met expectations and we would stay here again.

Disappointed

The inside of the property is very clean and modern. The outside leaves a lot to be desired, quite unkempt. Our problem with the property is two-fold. One, we had no control over the thermostat and we were hot and it did not cool down. Second, I searched for a house or cabin. This is a duplex. Not the same to me. Because of the temperature, we could not stay even one night. We asked for a partial refund, but have not received anything.
