Location! Location! This beautifully renovated, clean and simple 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood near Hwy 65. Just minutes from dining, grocery stores, and more.

Enjoy a King and Queen bed, Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a garage. Pet-friendly with a 30-foot dog trolley runner cable ($50 pet fee). 10 minutes or less to Bass Pro, Mercy Hospital, and local universities. Branson is 40 minutes away!

Welcome to a cozy, 2-bedroom home in East Springfield! Tucked away with a long driveway, this home offers plenty of parking and a one-car garage, creating a private retreat perfect for your stay.

Each bedroom features a Smart TV, nightstands with built-in power outlets, blackout curtains for restful sleep, and closets stocked with hangers and fans. One bedroom offers a King bed, while the other has a Queen bed.

The designated workspace includes a desk, perfect for remote work or planning your Springfield adventures. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with toiletries in case you forget anything.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need: utensils for cooking, seasonings, coffee, tea, snacks, and a fridge stocked with fresh water and a variety of sodas. A full laundry room is also available for your convenience.

Outside, enjoy the peaceful yard with a fire pit (wood provided) and a charcoal grill for outdoor dining.

This is a great house to stay at. Central to most of the city with everything only about 10-15 minute drive. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. The neighborhood was also very quiet with not a lot of traffic.

Great place in a great location!

I would highly recommend this home. It is in a great location. It is a beautiful home, very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of "extras" the host provides such as a few drinks, coffee/tea, hand soaps, dish soap, laundry necessities and we really enjoyed the fire pit out back. There was plenty of kindling and wood to build a fire. Highly recommend if you need a place in Springfield!

Three adults and two dogs stayed at the house for 3 nights for my daughter’s graduation. The house is so clean and cute. We appreciated having all the essentials and a yard for the dogs. The location is excellent for attending activities at MO State.

Great stay!

We were really grateful for this place during our stay in Springfield. There were four of us, and it was perfect for our family (kids 9 and 12). Getting in was easy, the garage fit our van. It was storming while we were there, so really thankful we didn’t have to leave our vehicle outside. Comfortable beds! Host was really responsive, we didn’t need anything, but let her know we were there and when we left.

Vacation in Springfield

The house was very cute and clean. It had all the amenities needed for us to include a bbq grill, fire pit, and dog run outside. The host quickly responded to questions. It is centrally located to everything. Definitely recommend staying there while in Springfield.
