This place was the perfect stay for what we needed! Close to a lot of different activities & something for everyone. We love the privacy of having a house over a hotel & this beats the prices too! Thank you!

Not really what we expected

We pulled in and right away were like...no, this can't be it?!? The pictures online made the property look pretty tidy outside when in reality it's not. The front porch which was used in a picture was brand new, however the other side was sub par. The neighboring house is awful, the driveway we found big nails in that we threw in the scrap box out back. There was still an open salt bag on the porch and one by the bottom step. And the outside light didn't work. Going inside...it is much nicer there, but...there are things. The floors are refinished and the counter tops look custom made. Beds are newer and the sofa in the living room comfy. There is a big bump in the kitchen floor that got me my first walk through. Its big enough it makes the fridge sit cockeyed. Comfort level for most of the inside area was pretty good and great appliances and kitchen tools. All the linens seemed pretty good...but the curtains are just....well they need tossed. The bathroom fan is really dirty to where it really didn't seem to draw much. Overall inside cleanliness was about a 7 out of 10. I know that this and probably 6 out of 10 homes in this street are leased to college kids, but it was disappointing to us. IT HAS POTENTIAL...it just hasn't been tapped into fully. I would give it another chance maybe if some things got handled. If you look at the listing on this it will show the inside is actually fairly nice. I just felt for what we paid for 3 nights... Fairfield suites was available.
