Welcome to your home away from home in Muskegon's charming Lakeside district! This cozy house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Located just a block away from Lakeside's social district on Lakeshore Drive and McCracken, you'll be within walking distance of the bike path along Muskegon lake. A short 5-minute drive will take you to the beautiful Pere Marquette Beach on Lake Michigan. Our home offers modern amenities, including updated appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), central air conditioning, a washing machine and clothes dryer, hair dryer, and an iron. The large back yard provides plenty of space to relax and unwind. The driveway accommodates 2 parking spaces for your vehicles. Garage access is not included. A ring doorbell/camera is attached at the front and side entrance of the house for the safety of our house and guests.

Whether you're here to explore Muskegon's beautiful beaches and state parks, enjoy the scenic bike trails, play a round of golf on the nearby golf course, or simply enjoy a peaceful retreat at the house, we believe our place will help you experience everything Muskegon has to offer.

House Layout: Upper Level:
All three bedrooms and the master bathroom are on the upper level.

Main Floor:
A spacious kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa, loveseat, and smart TV. The half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen/living room hallway. A sliding door off the kitchen/dining area provides easy access to an elevated deck, perfect for enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

Basement:
The basement lounge offers ample space to relax and unwind either by enjoying a conversation, playing board games, reading or watching a movie.

This was our second time to stay at this home, and we loved it! The host communicates really well and in a timely manner. The house is immaculate, and it is beautifully decorated. It is very close to the beach— maybe 10 minutes driving. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is a nice barbecue grill. I highly recommend this VRBO.

This property was amazing! Very nice house, very accommodating property manager, great location!!! Our family will definitely be staying here again ( if we are welcome to, of course...lol) A big thank you to our host! We appreciate you and all the hard work you put into this house!!!

Everything about our stay was great. We were fortunate to be able to stay as long as we did. Everything is as advertised. So many little things were thought of throughout the house that we wouldn’t have even knew we’d need or might use. The separate TV space in the basement was perfect for our kids to enjoy. Communication with Adrian was great and he made sure we had everything we needed and checking in and out was simple and easy. And because we stayed longer than a “normal” stay, the caretaker of the house Lisa made sure we had what we needed throughout and was very thoughtful and kind. We didn’t know a lot about the area but it was awesome. Very short easy walks to some cute restaurants and a really great walking / bike trail along the water. And all of the people we came across were great as well. It’s a perfect location to blend “lake life” feel of the path and greenery and small town with a very short trip to what is an awesome beach right on Lake MI. Overall we couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend. We were sad to leave and are already looking forward to our next trip if welcomed back!

Amazing Property and Host

We stayed at this property for 4 days with our grandchildren. There were 7 of us in total, so it was great to spend time under one roof with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house is updated, clean and appointed with everything you need. Adrian was amazing and incredibly responsive, she gave us suggestions on things to do in the area and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Check-in/out process was a breeze!We can’t wait to come back, we would definitely recommend to any one looking for place close to the water, with all the amenities of home!

Sure! Here’s the updated version with your additions:⸻We had a wonderful stay! Your home is beautiful and so well decorated for a relaxing vacation. It is brand new, clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The extra space in the basement was a huge plus. The location was perfect—close to the beach—with beautiful sunsets. There were also lots of great restaurants nearby, which made dining out super convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Beautiful home close to the beach

We had awesome communication from the property owner prior to our arrival, and our check-in was seamless. Loved the very easy-to-use combination lock at the house. The kitchen was well stocked, and the home was very tastefully and beautifully decorated. Everything was in excellent shape and looked brand new. Wi-Fi was very good, and the TV was easy to use with lots of apps. The barbecue grill was new and worked quite well. We loved the location of the house because it was so close to the lake, as well as as close to Pere Marquette beach. We loved having a general store and at least two ice cream shops within walking distance. We also had great communication from the property owner during our stay and just prior to our departure. I would highly recommend this home.

This was our first time using VRBO, so we weren't sure what to expect. Our host Adrian was very happy to answer all our questions and offer suggestions to restaurants, etc. The home is exactly as pictured, very clean, they had everything you might need and even extra items you might forget. The walkability is really nice as well. We enjoyed the fire pit as a family each night. Wonderful stay!
