Welcome to Lake it or Leave it, my newest pet friendly rental in the heart of the Lakeside community! You will enjoy this fully stocked house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms where you just need to bring your clothes!Luxury Nolah mattresses and a pillow of every firmness to choose from will make for a wonderful nights sleep. I provide a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar and a new grill with utensils and everything you need for a day at the beach. Enjoy a meal outside and sit by the fire table in the evening. You will love it! You are a quick drive to Pere Marquette Beach and a short walk to all of the restaurants and shops that Lakeside offers. Bring a bike or rent one just up the street. The bike path along Muskegon Lake is right outside your door. Come have a wonderful time!

This was perfect for our family who drove in from northern Michigan, Metro Detroit and St. Louis, MOThe home was clean and welcoming. The pet and child accessories were an added bonus.As it was winter we weren’t able to enjoy the lake but it is close and in the summer would be convenient.We will be back!

We had an amazing time. The basement is set up perfectly for family lounging with plenty of things for the kids to do. Location is walking distance to quite a few places. My 3 year old nephew asked if we could rent the place again so I'd say it was a hit!

I had a nice 2 night midweek stay. They fenced in potion of the yard that you can walk on is about 8‘ x 20‘. It is well lit at night. The house is clean. It sits right on a street that is busy during morning and evening rush-hour and the dinner and after dinner hours. There are lots of motorcycles that drive down the street. It’s a short drive to Kruse beach which is very nice. We had the beach to ourselves. It’s a quick walk to Dockside Donuts for coffee and donuts in the morning.

Property was as advertised and in a nice central location! Easily walkable to some great spots and a short drive to the beach and other popular destinations in the area. Melinda has thought of everything as well, the space was well stocked with everything we needed down to coffee and phone chargers. The fenced in backyard and easy access to a trail behind the house was great for our dog too!

It was a very convenient location. Loved the Lakeside community, all the shops and restaurants were fantastic. The home was well equipped with everything you would need and was not expected. Wonderful location, nice home, kids loved the basement, and the assortment of beach items were fantastic. However, the dog hair was gross. Every time you walked across the shag carpets,long white dig hair flew out. The couch had it all around the legs.

This property is clearly well cared for and our host, Melinda, prepared the home with just about everything we could have needed for our stay. The house is located close to restaurants and the beach, so we were able to make the most of our weekend. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Muskegon!

Cozy bungalow

This property has been very nicely done. It is clean and modern with lots of amenities. Can't think of anything that was lacking. It was very comfortable and charming. Plenty of room for lots more guests. It definitely has a beach house feel to it. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Seemed to put a lot of attention to detail into this property.

Perfect getway

Amazing location with all kinds of great local spots so close to the beach. Perfect for a family. The host really supply you with everything you can think of. My kids loved this place and all the games and toys. Can’t wait to come visit again.

Muskegon getaway

The house was in a great location close to many places. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the bike/walking path right behind the house. Almost everything was provided and it was dog friendly.
