Absolutely gorgeous property. You wake up to a view of the river. Bathtub is huge and great for a good soak. Plasmouth is a nice, quaint town. The neighborhood is a great place to walk.

I had a great stay at this cozy house in the woods! The host was super friendly and communication was smooth from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Everything was easy to find and well set up. Being in the woods, there were a few bugs here and there, but that’s to be expected with the location. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable getaway — I’d definitely stay again!

Awesome location for fall. The golden colors of the primarily oak forested hills is a beautiful setting of peace and tranquility. And then the bluff top view of the river and flood plain is a wonderful combination. Every morning the sunrise is a different creation depending upon the clouds. The building itself is well designed and comfortable, but you can see that in the pictures. Curious about what it is like here with snow.

Had a great stay above the river. Check in was painless, and there were no hassles. Kitchen was HUGE and I was able to cook a couple gourmet for my wife. There was also a grill on the property that allowed us to have a cheeseburger night. Will be staying again.

I don't think I've ever had such a relaxing, tranquil stay at any other rental house! It's a beautiful place, clean, comfortable, and has a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. It's close to restaurants and shopping but it's also got that being "out in the country" vibe. A perfect weekend getaway for a couple! The host, Jeanne, makes you feel like you're staying at a friend's house. There were facial masks, scented Epsom salt and candles for the big bathtub, snacks and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, and even extra women's razors. She also had birthday decorations waiting for us after I mentioned it was my birthday weekend. The bed was comfy and the views from all the windows are amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The house has an amazing view but I love the birds, trees and wandering down the driveway the most. It is super quiet here and the peace is healing. The sun rises are the best I have seen and I am a night owl. The eagles are fun to watch as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The privacy is so enjoyable but having the quaint town of Plattsmouth just a mile away to so great. I can wander the thrift stores, antiques, boutiques and pop in the local bar that is owned by childhood friends.
