What makes this home unique is the combination of space, comfort, and Arizona outdoor living. The main living room opens to views of the backyard and pool, while a second living room offers a TV and stylish bar area—perfect for relaxing, hosting, or staying cool indoors. The dining area seats 6, with 2 additional counter stools for casual meals or morning coffee.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator/freezer, countertop ice maker, Keurig, and essentials for longer stays. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, dresser, backyard/pool access, dual-sink bathroom, shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet. Two guest rooms include one king bed and one queen bed, with a full guest bathroom nearby.

A versatile den adds flexibility with a work desk, stationary bike, and blow-up mattress for an extra sleeping option, plus a half bath just outside. Fast Wi-Fi, garage parking, in-home laundry, ceiling fans in every room, and thoughtful supplies make the home especially well-suited for remote work, relocations, extended visits, and summer stays.

Outside, enjoy synthetic grass, a private heated pool, seasonal spa, misters, shaded seating, and an optional sun sail. Pool towels are provided. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional per-use fee and controlled through a dedicated system.

Guests have access to the entire home except one locked garage area and a few storage cabinets. The home accommodates up to 6 guests and 2 pets. Pool service, landscaping, and pest control are scheduled regularly, and we’ll let you know if a visit occurs during your stay. Exterior cameras are located at the front entry, driveway, and side gate only—no cameras are inside or in the backyard. We are local, responsive, and happy to help if anything comes up.
