Welcome to your home away from home! We are offering a fully furnished, fully stocked 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage home on a 6K+ sq ft corner lot in the desirable Cooley Station neighborhood. We have stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a walk in tile shower in the master, cozy fireplace in one of the two living rooms. One of the four bedrooms is located in the 1st floor. Each bedroom has a smart TV and a queen bed with the exception of the Master which has a King. We are also pet friendly with a mid size doggy door and a two way kennel. You'll have access to:
-Two community pools
-Several parks and greenbelts.
-One of the major perks of this home is you are in biking distance to the new Verde at Cooley Station. Some of the amenities there are:
-Crust, Sip and Shop, Hash Kitchen, The Brass Tap, Sophie May Boutique, The Blue Heron(Speakeasy) and many more.
-Two bikes for cruising around.
-10 miles from Banner Ironwood
-5.6 miles from Banner Gateway
-7.6 miles from Banner Baywood
-9.5 miles Chandler Regional

This experience was exactly what we needed during a stressful move. Property manager was amazing...very responsive and did everything to make sure we were all set up for success. Highly recommend.

This was a great home away from home.

My husband and I needed a place to stay between the sale of our house and the closing of our new home. We walked right in, unloaded our suitcases and felt right at home. The owner was so sweet and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term rental.

Amazing place

We picked this home because it was located close to our new home which gave us the opportunity to move smoothly into our home. The property was better than described. Beds super comfy to the point that I would like to purchase the same ones. The Host was Phenomenal!!!!! Communication was great and she was very accommodating.

A very nice home.

Nikki was great in responding quickly and was always available if something was needed. The home was very clean and nice. The one thing missing was bath soap in the bathrooms and we had to find where the towels were kept. None of the bathrooms had towels hanging up. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Awesome House, location and manager

This house and neighborhood fit our needs perfectly. We stayed 5 weeks and everything was awesome inside and out. We loved the outside area and used it daily. The furniture was comfortable and the TV and pellet grill were bonuses. The living area inside was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds are super comfortable as well. The spinning bike and street bikes were a sweet additions. Loved working with the manger, she responded quickly and was very friendly. Highly recommend!
