Whether you’re visiting for work, a family gathering, or a fun weekend, the home offers a quiet, comfortable environment with modern amenities, including a fenced yard, multiple smart TVs, and a well-equipped game room. Located within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and situated on a peaceful street, it’s an excellent choice for those seeking both convenience and relaxation.
The space
This spacious home offers a well-balanced blend of comfort and practicality, ideal for a variety of travelers. It includes three queen beds, an inflatable queen air mattress, two twin-size sleeper couches, and two full-size futons, providing ample sleeping space for larger groups.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including drip coffee, K-cup options, and a cappuccino machine. Each of the three bedrooms has its own TV, in addition to large TVs in both the living room and the game room. The basement game room features a foosball table and a Pac-Man arcade machine, making it a great space for entertainment.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy the private fenced yard and a propane grill for easy outdoor cooking. The property is pet-friendly, with a doggy door, water bowl, and food bowl provided.
Family reunions and small gatherings are welcome, but parties are not allowed in order to respect the quiet neighborhood. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property.

Basement, one bedroom with a queen bed and a Roku TV, located near the game room.
