Belmont Towers is IDEALLY located right between Dorchester and 1st street at the beginning of the boardwalk! Guests may walk the board walk very easily and quickly. Within a short walk, guests can get to the world famous Thrasher's French Fries, Trimper's Rides or Jolly Roger's On The Pier, or the famous boardwalk sign among many others shops, restaurants and attractions! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!
Our calendars are ALWAYS updated and accurate to the minute!! If your selected dates are showing availability, consider them yours to take! BOOK NOW before it's gone!
Pool open Memorial - Labor Day. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)
This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own!
Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
Please note that due to certain unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, building maintenance, including fire drills, can be unexpected and happen at any time. We appreciate your understanding should a maintenance call be necessary during your stay. We will notify you immediately should something come up.
