Just like our "Suite Life Whistler Original" suite, our "Slopeside Blackcomb" suite has been renovated to a very high standard for the 2026 ski season! Say hello to our modern mountain style, new furniture & upgrades such as in-floor heating, spa bathroom features like our rain-head shower, back-lit mirror with defogger, A/C + more.
Looking to book 2 suites close together? We own another suite in the same wing. If you take the stairs, it's a 45 second walk from one suite to the other.
What's the ski valet service and why do guests love it? Our ski valet service means you don't have to lug all your heavy equipment around to & from the suite. And parents with kids... you know how it goes. You end up carrying your equipment & your kids equipment. With our free ski valet service you drop your equipment off in the courtyard of our building at the end of the day and pick it up the next morning before hitting the slopes. It's a 35 second walk from the ski valet to the ski hill. Huge bonus!

Our home has A/C in the bedroom only. However, we installed a booster fan in the wall that moves the cool air from the bedroom into the living room and kitchen areas. Did you know that 70% of 1 bedroom’s in Whistler DON’T have A/C? Choose our home… there’s no need to suffer.

GUEST ACCESS: Use of entire condo suite. Access information will be provided 3 days before our guest's scheduled arrival date.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF & 24/7 FRONT DESK STAFF: If you arrive before 4 pm on your check-in date, ask the front desk about our luggage drop off service. They’ll securely store your luggage until check-in time.

THERE’S FREE STREET PARKING FROM APR 1ST – OCT 31ST.
WINTER UNDERGROUND PAID PARKING ONLY (NOV 1ST – MAR 31ST): During the Winter months, only Pay Parking is available at The Aspens complex. After April 1st, free street parking is available, but extremely limited. The secure underground parking at the Aspens is pay parking only.
Tickets may be purchased from the yellow machine located in the lobby entrance. Parking costs $26.00 per 24-hour period. You may pay for the entire span of dates when you arrive or pay each day. Parkade height is 6 feet 6 inches tall. The machine takes Canadian $2 / $1 coins, Visa, Amex, and MC.
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS: May I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? No. Please have the person who is staying book themselves. Third party bookings are prohibited.
The NEIGHBOURHOOD: Our home is located in Whistler’s Upper Village. We always say we’re close enough to Village Centre to be convenient; and far enough away to be peaceful (7 min walk).

GETTING AROUND & OUR FREE WHISTLER VILLAGE SHUTTLE: Another bonus of booking with us is that our neighbourhood is one of the few areas serviced by Whistler’s Free Village Shuttle all year long. It stops on the road in front of our complex every 15 minutes in winter and 30 minutes in shoulder season.
We also highly recommend exploring Whistler by bike (Summer and Fall). There’s an amazing network of trails throughout Whistler making exploring the area car-free, a breeze!

We’re dedicated to elevating our Guests’ stay and providing our Owners with peace of mind. To that end, we’ve partnered with Truvi, a leading Vacation Rental Guest-Screening provider.
Our company policy requires guests to be independently verified and to eSign our rental agreement: Immediately following your booking request, you’ll receive an email containing two secure links: 1) a link to e-sign our Rental Agreement, and 2) a link to verify your details and ID.
Without completing these steps, you will not be able to receive your access details.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY (Contract Section 5): We are firm on our cancellation policy and will not be offering additional refunds outside of it. Guests are responsible for purchasing the appropriate travel insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance to cover themselves and their trip. However, we will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.

This is a new listing and has only a handful of reviews (although I have 67 - 5 star reviews for our other Aspens suite but that doesn't count for our Slopeside Blackcomb Suite).
I like the way you highlighted what you appreciated and started with "it was the cleanest VRBO we've stayed in!" Music to my hosting ears.
Besides the great location, and luxurious linens, guests often express that it's the cleanest they've ever experienced.
I am VERY particular about cleanliness and I personally inspect each home before my guests arrive.

The condo was completely remodeled and everything is new. The kitchen has all new appliances (new refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave & coffee maker). New dishes, countertops cupboards, & kitchen sink.The condo has all new flooring and it is heated from the kitchen to the bathroom. All new bedroom furniture, closet and bed, all new bedding. The living room furniture is all new. The towels are fancy and better than any 5 Star hotel.I'm looking forward to staying there again.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, and we would happily stay here again. Let me tell you why.Laura is incredibly responsive and thoughtful — she even stocks generous snacks, which we truly appreciated. The instructions are thorough and clear, covering everything you could possibly need (and then some).Best of all, you can literally walk out of the building and step right onto the slope. The convenience simply cannot be overstated.

Great spot
My wife and I stayed at this condo for a winter snowboarding trip. Laura, the host, was fantastic. Very easy to communicate with, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She even brought us a large stock pot from her home so that we could make our precious meat stock during our stay! The location was absolutely prime. Right on the mountain, it is a true ski in/out. Since it’s on the 1st floor you can even hike up a small hill to come to and from the condo instead of going through the lobby. Trees right outside in the window along with views of beautiful distant peaks (especially during sunset!). It’s also right across from the fairmont hotel, and easy to travel to and from. Would recommend.

Great Aspens Condo
From the moment of booking thru departure, the Host was in communication and really made us feel at home! This condo is immaculate, well equipped and in a great location. You can walk to the Upper Village in a couple of minutes, or take the Village shuttle bus from the nearby stop. The 3 outdoor hot tubs are hot and great to relax in after a day on the slopes. Ski-in/Ski-out doesn't get much better than the Aspens, simply pick up your skis from the free Ski Valet service, walk thru the courtyard and onto the slope. Within minutes, you're in line for the gondola!Enjoy great showers, lots of hot water and water pressure, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the two large TVs have hundreds of quality channels so you can relax in the evening in front of the fireplace, Netflix and chill. The bed is very comfortable, so you'll be well rested for hitting the slopes again the next day. You won't regret staying here and living the sweet life in the Aspens "The Suite Life - Whistler".
