Welcome to The Suite Lifeâą Whistler's Slopeside Blackcomb Suite: a true ski-in ski-out location directly on the slopes of Blackcomb mountain. This suite faces a peaceful tree line, has a peek-a-boo view of Sproat Mountain, and the Blackcomb Gondola. You can even watch skiers and snowboarders fly down the hill while you're sitting on the couch or BBQing on the deck in Winter!

Just like our "Suite Life Whistler Original" suite, our "Slopeside Blackcomb" suite has been renovated to a very high standard for the 2026 ski season! Say hello to our new upgrades such as in-floor heating, spa bathroom features like our rain-head shower, back-lit mirror with defogger, A/C and more.
Looking to book 2 suites close together? We own another suite in the same wing. If you take the stairs, it's a 45 second walk from one suite to the other (And yes, I've timed it : )
What's the ski valet service and why do guests love it? Our ski valet service means you don't have to lug all your heavy equipment around to and from the suite. And parents with kids... you know how it goes. You end up carrying your equipment plus your kids equipment. With our free ski valet service you drop your equipment off in the courtyard of our building at the end of the day and pick it up the next morning before hitting the slopes. It's a 35 second walk from the ski valet to the ski hill. Bonus!

If you arrive before 4 pm on your check-in date, ask the front desk about our luggage drop off service. Theyâll securely store your luggage until check-in time.

WINTER UNDERGROUND PAID PARKING ONLY (NOV 1ST â MAR 31ST). IN SUMMER THEREâS FREE STREET PARKING (APR 1ST â OCT 31ST):
During the Winter months, only Pay Parking is available at The Aspens complex. After April 1st, free street parking is available, but extremely limited. The secure underground parking at the Aspens is pay parking only.
Tickets may be purchased from the yellow machine located in the lobby entrance. Parking costs $26.00 per 24-hour period. You may pay for the entire span of dates when you arrive or pay each day. Parkade height is 6 feet 6 inches tall. The machine takes Canadian $2 / $1 coins, Visa, Amex, and MC.
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS:
May I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? No. Please have the person who is staying book themselves. Third party bookings are prohibited.

Our home is located in Whistlerâs Upper Village. We always say weâre close enough to Village Centre to be convenient; and far enough away to be peaceful (7 min walk).

We also highly recommend exploring Whistler by bike (Summer and Fall). Thereâs an amazing network of trails throughout Whistler making exploring the area car-free, a breeze!

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED: The Suite Lifeâą Whistler is an upscale vacation rental management company in Whistler BC Canada. Weâre dedicated to elevating our Guestsâ stay and providing our Owners with peace of mind. To that end, weâve partnered with Truvi, a leading Vacation Rental Guest-Screening provider.
Our company policy requires guests to be independently verified and to eSign our rental agreement: Immediately following your booking request, youâll receive an email containing two secure links: 1) a link to e-sign our Rental Agreement, and 2) a link to verify your details and ID.
Without completing these steps, you will not be able to receive your access details.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY (Contract Section 5): We are firm on our cancellation policy and will not be offering additional refunds outside of it. Guests are responsible for purchasing the appropriate travel insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance to cover themselves and their trip. However, we will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.
