We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and a bathroom for each bedroom. Ground floor had the most comfortable area to be together. Entry level floor with kitchen, sitting area and one bedroom//bath. Definitely easy for someone who can’t do stairs.

Very easy booking process. Continual contact throughout the stay for questions and concerns. Very nice clean cabin. Would recommend heating the hot tub on arrival if you are only staying for a short period of time. It took a long time to heat but I am sure only because it is cleaned for every booking which is nice! Road to cabin can be somewhat challenging especially at night but remember you are in the mountains so it comes with the territory! Would book here again!

I was confused on why the host reached out continuously. I’ve never used VRBO and I don’t know if I will again. I had to send a photo of my credit card, me holding my ID and then a plain picture of my ID which is apparently common. The house was listed as 8 minutes from Gatlinburg and I’m sure we were but it was rough one lane roads in and out. Winter storm warning came so we left a day early. We come to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg every November but I don’t think we will be booking this home again due to location. Hot tub was nice but only got up to 98 degrees. Nice deck.

We had an issue with one of the doors and they were out immediately! Very professional, along side excellent communication before, during, and even after the stay! Weird to say but it felt like they were genuinely grateful for our reservation and staying with them. Sent them a verification picture as part of their process and did a funny face with it and they did not get upset they even laughed with me about it.Location is picture perfect within 40 minutes of everything in the area but secluded enough to feel “out in the rough”. You can get to a lot of the worthwhile attractions in an even shorter amount of time than 40 minutes.

The cabin was beautiful, however it was not fully stocked with the necessary kitchen items to cook. The frying pans were old and one had a broken handle. There were no pans for the oven. Only a regular coffee pot was available. We could have used more towels, wash clothes and pillows. One of the electrical fire places did not work properly. We could not get the grill started. There were no steps to get into the hot tub. When we arrived the was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were light fixtures hanging out of the ceiling. The cleaning could have been better. I will say that when I called aunt bugs cabin rentals and informed them about the pans they immediately brought some so we could cook in our cabin. Overall it was ok. I expected to have everything we needed as I have rented many cabins and condos and they always have more than enough to make our stay more enjoyable.

We had an awesome stay! Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels and blankets. We did have to go to town for a few things but we expected that. The grill was out of propane but they were quick to respond to my message and it was replaced with a full one quickly.

Great cabin. Would rent again. We had a great time. Kitchen needs a little more stocking. Towel & robe hooks in the bathrooms needed. Playroom was great space to watch movies and play games.
