This self-contained suite offers:

- A comfortable queen bed with high-quality linens

- A convenient kitchenette with essentials for light food preparation, including coffee, tea, condiments, and snacks.
- A cozy seating area with a leather reclining loveseat to unwind, as well as a table and chairs for seated dining.

You’ll have your own private entrance through the garden, ensuring easy access and privacy.

Please note that another unit occupies the upper floors of the cottage. Both spaces are designed to respect your privacy and comfort. The shared garden with outdoor seating is available for your enjoyment.

The location provides easy access (within a 5 minute walk) to the breathtaking beauty of Casco Bay and the idyllic Eastern Prom (an expansive park with playground, public tennis courts, walking trails, beach, and kayak rentals) - and a pedestrian waterfront trail leading directly into the Old Port, and further to the Arts District with cultural venues, museums, and lots of local shops. All along the way are Portland's many restaurants, breweries, and cafes that have given the city a reputation as a premiere 'foodie town'.

The best of Portland is within walking distance - Munjoy Hill (also known as the East End), the idyllic Eastern Prom (an expansive park with playground, public tennis courts, walking trails, beach, and kayak rentals) - and a pedestrian waterfront trail leading directly into the Old Port, and further to the Arts District with cultural venues, museums, and lots of local shops. All along the way, you'll discover many of Portland's restaurants, cafes, breweries, and specialty shops.
If you're not up for walking, you can also get around easily by taxi, Uber, or Lyft.

The studio suite is a private space located on the lower level of a three-story home, with its own private entrance.

(The upper two levels of the home are available to rent separately, and for larger groups, the full 3 story cottage - including the suite - can also be rented as a single 4 bedroom/2 bath house.)
