Situated in the heart of Fort Pierce's vibrant 'South Beach,' our strategically located inn puts you just a leisurely stroll away from an array of dining options, lively bars, and scenic parks. Whether you're craving relaxation or adventure, the beach and inlet waterfront areas are right at your doorstep, promising endless fun and rejuvenation. Your hotel room awaits with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and all the comforts you desire, including a smart TV with Comcast cable, Wi-Fi internet access, coffee maker, minifridge, and microwave. Plus, take advantage of direct beach access and free private parking, and dine at our on-site restaurant, Island Beach Bar and Grill, which features indoor and outdoor seating options, including the "Dune Bar" along the beach. Please note: Elevator service is not available to reach the 2nd and 3rd floors. Update: The beach has experienced significant erosion in 2025, and the US Army Corp of Engineers has scheduled an emergency beach renourishment project from February 16th to April 25th that will affect the beach and its access directly from our property. Beaches to the south, such as South Beach Park, will be accessible during renourishment, and we have organized with the City of Fort Pierce to provide free transportation, with their Freebee service, to the beaches in their service area.

Mixed Experience – Decent Location, but Not What I Expected (3/5)I recently stayed at the Ocean View Hotel – Room 1 (King Bed) and had a mixed experience. While the location was great for access to local activities, the room itself didn't quite match the description. It was advertised as having a balcony, but instead, there was a sunroom with no furniture, which was a letdown.The biggest downside was the noise. Being next to the jetty meant loud nightlife until around 2:00 a.m., and then early morning trash pickups starting around 6:00 a.m., so sleep was a bit rough. Housekeeping only came 3 out of the 5 days, which was noticeable over a longer stay.On the plus side, the location was convenient. We rented electric bikes that were delivered right to the hotel, and most of the excursions we did were within 30 minutes. Downtown and several great beaches were nearby, and there were plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a decent spot in a lively area and don’t mind a bit of noise. Just don’t expect a luxurious experience.

Perfect for a quick stay

Stayed 2 nights for MLB spring training- easy access, comfortable bed, food very close by, and right off the water. Only negative (or a bonus depending) may be the biker bar next door. Overall we enjoyed it with zero complaints
