Location perfection! Blue Haven is just a 1/2 mile from Lake Cascade & Boulder Creek State Park with two sandy beaches where you can swim, boat, or picnic - this is an amazing spot that you can walk to from this home. You are only 20 minutes from Tamarack Resort, Gold Fork Hot Springs, Cascade, & McCall, and 30 minutes to Brundage Resort!
This cabin-style home was recently renovated and features brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and mini-split AC units for year-round comfort on both floors. You will love the warm ambience of hardwood floors, exposed wooden beams, and a cozy propane fireplace. Beds are equipped with Casper mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep, and there are smart TVs on each floor for entertainment or productivity.
One queen bedroom and the bathroom are located on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find a second queen bedroom and an office/loft combo that can serve as a 3rd bedroom if needed. The loft features a futon, work station, and Smart TV, making it a versatile space for work or extra guests.
Gather for games, enjoy your favorite shows, get some work done, or simply soak in the peaceful atmosphere.
Outside, the home is surrounded by evergreen trees on a quiet street and has a large deck with seasonal BBQ grill for outdoor enjoyment. Blue Haven also offers parking for trailers and recreational vehicles, making it ideal for adventurers bringing toys along.

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all local ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a digital guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, and local emergency contact information, including how to contact us â we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
